The hotel and the staff are very nice and helpful at the holel. The location is a short walk to Asolo center and the pool area is very relaxing. We will go back soon.

Really loved the hotel and the garden. The superior room was ok, bathroom had beautiful tiling, very limited view even though the booking promised a view of the hills. However, this stay concluded a two-week long holiday and we had received incredibly warm and hospitable service in the three previous hotels we had stayed in. In Villa Cipriani we didn't get a sense of that at all, instead we would best describe it as stuck-up where the staff hardly looked at us or let alone gave us a smile. It also felt like the food and beverage was expensive just for the sake of being expensive - for example, a below average-tasting ice coffee at the swimming pool was €10 (€8 for the coffee and ice and additional €2 for bringing it to the pool!).

Very good hotel in an amazing location. Room was nice and comfortable. Excellent staff, prepared and helpful. The pool is fantastic, with an amazing view. No complimentary water in room, have to pay 6 euros for a small water from the minibar. Breakfast is ok but it can definitely be improved.

This is the third year we come for a leisurely retreat as a couple and the hotel is just perfect. The staff is friendly and efficient. Its is impeccably clean, the food is very good and the old building offers the most amazing views on the valley.

The setting and its extraordinary staff. We did not like our room as it was on the back looking down onto a glass roof above a service area beside the lobby. Apparently the hotel was full (surprising as there were only a small number of people in the dining room at breakfast for the three days we were there). In the future, we would rather pay more and have a room with a bathtub (not a shower) and a view.

The hotel was beautiful! Garden perfect for breakfast. We ate in the hotel two nights and found it delicious. The pool was still open due to exceptionally warm weather. Decor elegant and understated. Camilo at the desk was very helpful and through him we found the prices I road.

Great views. Very "variable" service. Some people were great, other just plain annoying and inefficient. High prices are ok, if you offer something of a proportional quality but, I am afraid, this is not the case here for quite a few rooms ...

Beautiful hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff. The location and views make this a very appealing hotel. The nice thing is that the hotel is comfortable and tidy rather than super-luxury, so it is really very good value for money. The location is obviously a bit remote from the main cities of the Veneto. A car is essential therefore. Very good location for our Palladio visits. Pretty good for our trips to Padua and Vicenza. Pool was perfect. But overall cannot praise the staff highly enough for a hotel in this price group

This is a delightful boutique hotel beautifully situated in the ancient city of Asolo with beautiful views over the valley and vineyards. It’s ideally situated to visit the magnificent Palladium houses of the 15C Century archtect Paladio. I would go back in a heartbeat and can recommend it highly..

Beautiful hotel, with a real luxury feel to it. Spectacular pool+area. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. Elegant staff. Lack of awareness of noisy gardener, lack of gardening-policy. Our breakfast and lunch (on same day) were spoiled by ridiculous extremely noisy gardening machines (e.g. a water brush to 'dust' the leaves). Sounds like hidden employment, or Italian hysteria! Only after repeat complaints by several guests this was stopped. Not acceptable, lack of awareness. A 5-star hotel needs to find a more subtle way to manage a garden. We know other 5-star hotels can, so should Cipriani

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with friends with the intention of relaxing. It completely met my objective - great service, idyllic views and very chilled. The only downside was the weather, but that’s out of the hotel’s control!

Friendly comfortable hotel. Great views, lovely garden and dining terrace, beautiful swimming pool. Thought 19 euros per day to park a five minute walk from the hotel was poor.

Weather was crappy so was nice to have an incredible place to stay.....great restaurant in old town of Asolo....stepping stone to so many great old towns.

Warm welcoming staff, nothing too much trouble. A gem. Would thoroughly recommend.

Staff was more than helpful and friendly! The grounds were impeccable. All of our expectations were met, except the dinner food at hotel restaurant could have been better.

Nice room in the main house this year. Only small gripe about room was absence of coat hangers on backs of door etc which means damp clothes need to be strewn around furniture. Staff remembered us from 2013 and were as efficient/charming as before. Infinity pool which was new in summer 2013 now rightly award-winning. Food at the restaurant remains fair value at lunch but expensive in the evening. That said, their chateaubriand for two would have fed 4 people! We shall definitely be back again in 2014.

Villa Cipriani in a wonderful walled town on a hilltop. For years it has attracted artists and writers-Robert Browning, Elarnora Duse, for example.The Villa is perfection-glorious gardens and views. Slightly formal atmosphere in the dining room, but there is a mahogany bar area for a more relaxed atmosphere.Very helpful staff, with recommendations of other restaurants,sightseeing venues etc. Approximately 1 hour northwest of Venice.Interesting towns and Palladian Villas nearby. Very special spot.

This hotel is an aging gem. The views over the Veneto plain are spectacular. Bathroom fixtures could use updating. Car park is very tight. Customer service was great. For the history involving Robert Browning and access to the most charming town of Asolo, it's one of those must do places.

Villa Cipriani is a magnficient hotel. The gardens and views are breathtaking. Our meals were quite wonderful. My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Cipriani and in Asolo.

The hotel is located in Asolo, Italy with beautiful gardens overlooking grapevines and hillsides. The rooms are spacious and compfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive. Food is great. We really didn't want to leave.
