Great hotel. Nice room. Terrible coffee but it and breakfast are free. Little bit sketchy of an area but seemed safe enough. Lots of food options and a gas station right next door. A great option for a home base for day tripping in the area.

Everything was great, just a little bit of ants in the bathroom. Beds were super comfortable. I love the complementary snacks and waters. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was also very good. It was only 15 mins away from the safari zoo too. Lots of dinning options and stores near by if you need to buy things. Staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable.

Very quiet and comfortable with an easy access to the freeway and not far from downtown area. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly

I was so happy for an early check in! I forgot a charger for my iPad and a note in the room said if you needed anything to ask, so I did and they had one! 😊
Also loved that we could walk to In & Out Burger.

Pool area could use some additional care. Initially jacuzzi was not warm at all. Staff did take a quick action to get the jacuzzi working & followed up with a phone call to my room. Staff was all very nice & the complimentary breakfast & snacks in the room was a plus!

Hussain on reception was very helpful and efficient. The breakfast was adequate but the hot food was pre-cooked well in advance and not very appetising. The orange juice is average, the hot water (for tea/coffee making) not hot enough and there could be cups, saucers and spoons in the bedrooms (for the Brits!!)

There was great dining walking distance, shops within walking distance and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean as well as the hot tub. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

The room seemed clean, although kind of old/outdated in parts. My only real complaint is that I was told that there were no top level rooms available, and unfortunately the people in the room above me sounded like a herd of elephants stomping around until probably 1:30AM. I don't know if it was that they were particularly loud, or poor construction of the hotel, or a combination of both. I got very little sleep, and was pretty fried the next day.

Location and price was good. Some noise from In and Out Burger late night service. Property condition is a bit worn, in need of some repairs. The bathroom is small and the towels are in an open cube to the leftof and below the toilet. The bed was comfy and pillows ok.

What a wonferful hotel! The breakfast has an abundance of options, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and the staff was all super friendly! The room was comfy, beds were super comfortable, and the complementary snacks/water was a really nicd touch. Highly recommend, this hotel is a great deal and close to the Safari park!

When i reserved a room , i said for 2 people. I got there alone but the second person was on the way there. When they arrived the front desk called me to come down to the office in which i did. They wouldnt let the second person in and told me i wasnt allowed to have any visitors. I told them this is the second guest that i hsd already paid for. After the person at the desk made a few phone calls and then said okay. No apoligie or nothing. When i took care of my mother for the last year of her life , iwe lived there at comfort inn. Not one time was nurses , friends or people i paid to stay with my mom while i went to work , none of them ever questioned or stopped. I really enjoyed living there. But after going there for one night last month , has now convinced me to never go back. Very disrespectful service at front desk.

While our room was clean, the rest of the hotel needs some serious work. From balcony doors not closing to marked up and crumbing walls the property needs serious updating.
