I called 2 days before to ask for an early check in I was told no problem but it was an extra $15 and I agreed when I got there no room was available and waited almost 2 hours and the swimming pool was not available but the house keeper was exlent with us she went beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable she was extremely nice and helpful that is the only thing good about this place I've stayed at other Best Western and never was disappointed with there services

Rooms are clean and big

Staff was kind . Went for vacation pool was out of order for 8 out of the 4 days we were to stay. They gave access to the hot tub but at 105 degrees who wants to get into a hot tub . And when we decided to get in on our last night our body itched so we got out

We reserved 2 rooms Friday-Monday for almost $800 and the pool was closed all 4 days in 100 degree and above weather. The air conditioner didn't work properly but the staff was friendly

Just go and see for yourself, absolutely no water pressure couldn’t even shower

They charged me twice and never told me they were going to take $100 deposit and took three business days to get my money back and they do not take cash deposit so it can make it easier for me to get my money back

I love that our room was very clean

The stay was generally ok but there were people screaming at each other loudly and kept us up all night. When I called the front desk they said there was no manager that could handle it so they would switch my room if I wanted. This didn’t seem like the best option at 230 in the morning. I feel like they need to have a better way to handle stuff like this. Aside from that the staff was great.

The room floor was dirty (not swept) ,empty water bottle,pieces of weed in non smoking area,and sink was dirty.found hairs in the sink as if someone shaved.The lock of the room didn’t work and got stuck in the room,requested cici(frontdesk)for a new room since lock doesn’t work and she stated was able to do it since there was no room available.i also asked front desk if room service can come sweep or if i can have broom.she stated cleaning people were busy and i asked for a broom and i swept.

They didn’t honor our reservation and the person in front desk did not do or even attempt to escalate the matter. All she said is that she was new. Terrible!!

I had my mother who is unable to climb the stairs or even 2 stair steps. I was concerned that the room is on the 3rd floor and there might be steps and there was near the elevator. As i was trying to figure out how i can get my mom up, a young man named Jose appeared and helped get my mom up to the room. The room is clean and had a comfortable bed. All staff were nice and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was polite, room service was accommodating, parking was great, the toilet was slow but it was tall. AC was really great! Cable tv was awesome. Breakfast was tasty.

I liked it was so private nice inside,it was quiet no noises and stuff the little fridge did take hours to get our food and drinks cold, I did not like how dirty the pool and the jacuzzi were I don’t think gets cleaned out much or use appropriate pool cleaning liquids.

The only thing need to be changed is switch the open gate of the spa where wheelchair ♿️ can go in it was hard for my mom but she was able to get up the stairs.

Went 4 days without Air-conditioning

Easy access to the freeway,

This property is located right next to a busy freeway. The road noise was tolerable until the motorcycle races started. The jake breaks on the semis is also pretty loud. It might have been better had a had a room on the other side of the complex. It could have been articulated when I checked in. There was some sort of law enforcement activity there every day. As a single female traveler, I did not feel safe. They also closed off the only access to the elevator so I had to carry my bags down the stairs.

Front desk staff didn’t know what kind of work was being done on the property and was not giving out correct info. Took 30 min for hot water in shower. Shower water pressure was like a light drizzle! Forget washing your hair! Beds were horrible & felt like sleeping on springs. My mom was with us who is disabled and they had both elevators shut down at one point until I complained and told them they were violating ADA as they had 3 floors. A lot of the pathways in and around hotel was blocked off due to paving but not in a strategic way. It was like a maze and had to walk all the way around hotel to get to your room. Hot tub was closed even though at check in it was said it was open til 10 & pool was not very heated. I do not recommend this hotel at all. We had a king bed & literally there was a bed & tv and lots of open space. No where else to sit. Should have had a sofa or table and chairs. When we walked into the room when we got there a dirty towel & tissue were on the floor by shower. The best thing about the room was the tv.
