I was expecting a very relaxing spa space. From the pictures it looks glorious, however in reality the spa is very noisy from the various jacuzzi and waterfall machines…. It just wasn’t relaxing. The facilities are great though. The rooms were excellent, very spacious. The breakfast hall and breakfast buffet was like something from the 90’s…. Very much in need of an update! We had an excellent waiter called Alex who was very attentive and well mannered.

Value for money was good but they should be better at informing people. For example there is no guidebook in the room for how things work, also eg they should explain the spa situation better - for us only one side of spa was included in the toom price. No one explained how we were supposed to get spa bracelets from another reception etc. The staff reacted well however when we gave this feedback!

Resort was nice but did need some updating. The only negative was that there was a Nato contingency staying there for the Summit and security made things difficult; i.e. registering and parking car. Communication between security and resort was not in sync.

The spa facilities were a nice break from the city

Weekend relax, great place, nice pool, a little bit dissapointed the restaurant, but overall everything is great.

Had a few service hiccups. Sat at least 45 minutes in Bora Bora waiting for something the waiter had forgotten. It was 11am and he certainly wasnt over stretched. Hotel itselbsdly in need of a revamp.

We had a family room for one night stay. Firstly, the reception could not find out booking. When we finally got the room, we were given the ''older'' part of the hotel. The rooms are very spacious but lacks modern vibe, had rusty tap, radiator in the bathroom. There was no drinking water in the room provided and I had to request for it. Walls are thin as we could hear music from other room very clearly. Also, TV kept blurring, buzzing or blacking out. In the restaurant, lack of staff was felt, queue for coffee was huge. But food was tasty! Other than the above, the hotel has a nice spa area, stunning grounds, nice little beach area.

A lovely hotel and the spa was amazing. Very relaxing stay and recommend highly. Only thing I would say negatively is that although there were a lot of options for breakfast it wasn’t the most amazing.

Lovely hotel The guy at reception could not find out reservation Took him over 20 minutes and 3 different room attempts to sort us a room that at neither matched the one we booked at the end I gave up as I could guess the gentleman was in training and bless him for trying. Someone was sitting at the back didn't bother to help him out which wasn't nice. I suggest get a grip on your booking system and customer service. Need some investments on the outside decor The room itself was very clean and comfortable, nice breakfast will return next time I stay in Vilnius

Great stay. But the hotel was under construction. The spa is very Nice and massage was good. We ate at the french restaurant, it was great food. But nowhere at the hotel could you order drinks. Only beer and wine.

A truly wonderful hotel, the grounds and spa made it one of the most relaxing stays I have had. The restaurant and bar both have excellent food.

I am coming to Vilnius Grand Resort not a first time,but this time really didn't like it ... if I will need to write down everything what was wrong . .., it's will takes ages... mostly I didn't like service in Bora Bora on 25.07.21 app 3-4pm and 7-8pm... Was so unprofesionall,even rude attidute to me and other guest .Lady with short,blond hair and I think she will be over 35 or 40 years old. Ok,let's start when I ask or any table is free she said not here ,this tables reserved,just on another side ,but there are still dirty glasses after party... no problem I can wait. .. Was waitting 10-15min or even longer ,no one came over to clean a table ,just seen talking behind the bar and doing other things.... Even I been ignored ... Wasn't many people in Bora Bora...I just got mad , stopped another waitter young girl and asked then table will be ready ,received answer she will check for me... are serously I been waitting already then she took to that table where before I received what this tables is not free reserved... Are you serously? When what for been waitting?!!! Even yesterday for other hotels guest been told same way.. common you will loose yours guest for sure! And on the end at 11pm when we pop over to put signature on receipt ,we received like advise how to stop moscitos coming and bites too.. just put vodka on the body,hahah... can you see moscitos is not biteing us behind the bar... Common ??!!! From when she can talk to me like to a friend? I am a custumer !!!

Unfortunately the hotel is deteriorating and needs a lot of investment to make it up to date. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Spa is great!

Good - pool for swimming,thai massage,service people. Bad - noise from highway, bad air condition in the room,not service in lake restaurant at warm early September day

The hotel met our expectations. the old part is some what worn down. the new part is in superb condition. the spa was nice. restaurants were good (not excellent). the golf course was in good condition, but it is very difficult golf course with narrow fairways. Positive experience overall. good for families and easy to reach vilnius.

The hotel was beautiful and the service was nice however many of the facilities were closed due to COVID and this was not clear from the information on the webpages. Spa was wonderful if you paid the additional fee for premium. Regular spa which was part of room prices was really poor... I would recommend the place if you plan for few days of relaxing in the spa or play golf.

They did not prepare room until 3:30pm, and during the breakfast they did not see that I booked a room including breakfast. They

A clean, Spacious and cosy room with a view of a lake. New sauna, pool and spa. It’s a perfect place to relax. A short drive to Vilnius. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and quiet resort which is 25 mins away from the city centre. The rooms are nice and big and the staff are extremely friendly. For the price I think it’s a great place to stay.

The resort it's self was wonderful but my room lacked a few things. The duvet was too small for the bed so had to request a bigger one. There were no tea and coffee making facilities and the heating was on so high i couldn't sleep without the window open. They really should let you control the temperature in each room.

Hotel is long in the tooth. They are building a new wing so it isn’t the prettiest view. Toilet didn’t work and the room was very worn feeling. Pillows were stained and there was hair on the comforter. Breakfast was lackluster. I guess they will renovate these rooms once the new wing is done.

Really nice hotel around 20km outside Vilnius. I was there for a week long conference so I was fine, but if you are staying as a tourist, you would be best off with a car as there is nothing nearby. The hotel is building a new "world class" spa but it looks a good way off completion at the moment. They do offer spa services already and have a pool but they are building a new one for a reason. Food was pretty good with an extensive breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had an Executive room which was spacious, nicely furnished and with a great bathroom. TV is poor by modern standards - lots of channels in different languages but almost all news / financial news. The only real issue I experienced was very in and out WiFi. It would be maximum strength one minute and would then be 1 bar a minute later. Annoying more than catastrophic but if you are reliant on the internet whilst staying, it could be an issue. All in all, very nice

What surprised me most was when I was told that this was for planned maintenance. Two night stay; very nice room. Hotel showing signs of age. Needs some touch up. Nice room overlooking lake. Golf course at resort in terrible condition. Highway noise noticeable at hotel. Staff very nice.Parts of hotel not in use; apparent signs of restoration or expansion??
