Shower had no water pressure. Needed work in room.
The breakfast was at of order only a few things to eat. Place was very noisy

We evacuated due to a hurricane and I would not have chosen this property for a vacation; however, our rooms were ready and their front desk staff was professional. They faced a storm as well so the restaurant wasn’t open but again, they were very accommodating.

During my previous stay, the room was not too bad, but this time around…room 137 is awful. Dirty floors, patched walls, dirty tub, rusted TP holder, etc. I will not be staying here again.

For starters this use to be a great place to come and enjoy the tiki bar , was the place to go in this town . Now the tiki bar is only open Saturday and Sunday, only during the day. Today 4 people were there. The hotel is very old and getting run down. 4 rooms were taken the whole weekend that we saw. Saturday night we went to the inside bar , a nice place, while we were having a drink we found out they were having a comedy show, and even though we are staying at the hotel we were expected to pay or to leave. They say breakfast, muffin,bagel or toast thats your choice. Went to use the pool full of flying ants the whole thing, i would have skimmed it myself but no skimmer. For what they charge its sad any more. They let a great place go down.

Apart from having trouble with one of two Key cards , not opening the door.
Noisy , next door neighbors.
I think, it was the dead Cockroach , by the side of the bed , putting the Icing on top.
Fortunately, we only needed it for one night.
Next time , I’ll try the Best Western across the street.

Been there several times . Was disappointed in my room . Microwave broke coffee maker broke and shower curtain broke . My floors were not clean at all .

The room was ok but the bath room was dirty, outdated, falling apart, and gross. The room smelled and the curtains didn’t close all the way. The nose level from out side definitely carried inside

The hotel WiFi had problems and the guy from the front desk didn’t want help and asked me to call the number to fix the problem. This is his job not mine. I lost lot job because the hotel WiFi had problem. Big problem never will be back there

The pool close too early and the breakfast is not good but the room was clean. No extra towels in the room and no plastic bag for dirty laundry but it was quite and the bed was comfortable

the night manager was super courteous and very helpful. the room was clean pretty nice flooring and comfy beds. overall highly satisfied and will definitely stay again.

Requested a non-smoking. Room had a musty cigarette smell and the door adjacent to another room; occupied by someone else who was smoking and the smell came from under the door. Safety was also a concern when I was awaken 5:45 am to police with drawn guns as they attempted to remove someone with force from the premises; 2 rooms down. No warning was given.

The front desk agent was friendly and the lobby area has been updated, which were the pictures used for on line booking. The hotels exterior, and the room I had need attention. The door to my room had a gap at the door jam. To me this was a $59.00 a night room. There was a man leaning on a car in the parking lot (passed out?) with half his butt showing when I got there. I would never go outside my room after dark. When I was checking out a man had a four night stay and complained of no wifi, saying he won’t be back.

Overall a decent place to stay. Rooms were clean but a bit dated, could definitely use upgrades. Small pool area with limited seating. OK for a short stay but not a vacation destination on its own. Staff was friendly and courteous. Heavy trafficked are and near an active rail line are so expect to hear noise/

prepaid at time of reservation, 192.00; at check-in required to put another 100. on credit card as "room fee". Thought since this was a Wyndham it would be ok- was not. stand-alone refrig was rusted and out of a 1970's dorm room, micro wave was at least 20 years old, slippery old vinal mat glued to bottom of tub, manufacture wrapping plastic left on mattress and box spring-crunched all night long, walls paper thin, could hear every sound from outside, no insulation. Tried to get two cups of coffee at "free breakfast" only poured one before "out of coffee" notification, coffee cup so cheap coffee seeped out of cardboard. This hotel is a disgrace it is an example of knowing people have little choice in this area and taking full advantage of it. The only thing good: front desk girl was top notch; this hotel does not deserve her.
