Very nice stay. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the property. I do wish there was a little more variety with the continental breakfast.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff

Floor, Coach walls all were dirty and rundown. Door didn’t lock in Men’s Room on 1st floor near front desk and it smelled like an ashtray.

Didn't stay ,came for check in, trying open the room people in it ,geve me another room, looked at the room, stinky, stinky, stinky, asked for another room don't have one

We thought the person at the desk was great. The room wasn't amazing though. The carpet was severely stained and the continental breakfast was missing - no juice machine, no water, syrup machine wasn't working. So overall wouldn't stay here again.

We got to the hotel and we got a big wiff of clorhine from the pool. Once we checked in and walked through the musty filthy carpeted hall, we got to the room. The carpet was a continuation of dirty smelly carpet and a musty feeling even with the AC on. When we opened the bathroom it smelled like someone had just used it. The sheets on the beds were stained and so were the mattress of the beds and the pull on couch.

First room would not lock. Reserved a nice king but had to settle for double queen. Asked for wake up call. Next morning girl at desk was snotty and said why couldn't get myself up.

We were supposed to have a nonsmoking room, but it was obviously a room that had been smoked in during the recent past.

The pool wasn’t open. I paid for that accommodation so I wasn’t happy with that. Stepped on a screw in my room very glad I had Shoes on. Internet connection wasn’t good either. Barely worked. Don’t recommend for work trips.

Clean Facility Excellent Breakfast

The room was filthy when I got there. I had to clean myself. The side door in front of the room I was staying in stayed propped open so people could smoke. You could not get back in if closed unless you walked all the way around front. The bed was ok. They did not sale extra supplies if you forgot something.

We had a nice room. Room was clean except the towels were left on the back of the bathroom door from the previous people.

the pool was closed, front desk person was barley there and i had to call just to get his attention when our keys no longer worked ok our second day. we arrived there at 3:30pm and were told room was ready but they were mopping, front desk guy said 10 minutes and just disappeared. we had to just give up and go upstairs and get our room.

The guys at the counter were very helpful. However, the first room we were assigned smelled awful of moisture or urine, or a mix. The night stand was not cleaned from the prior resident and there was sticky residue from their drinks. We asked for a different room. We were obliged and while the second room smelled better it didn't seem very clean in general. The bathroom sink was 95% clogged which made brushing our teeth as a family a bit gross. Overall, the hotel is rundown in the rooms and hallways. We will not return.

Staff was friendly and room was relatively clean. Door to room stuck and was difficult to open and close, despite being an "accessible" room. Artwork/mirrors were missing from the walls with hardware left hanging. Closet door was off the hinges and couldn't be closed. It was fine for an evening, but I'll probably find somewhere else to stay on my next trip.

Room was beautiful and clean. Only drawback was the ice machine on the third floor wasnt working and there was no freezer area in the mini fridge

Pool broken. Staff didn’t know when it would be repaired. No local channels on television. Staff said they had no local channels for some time. We would not have stayed if had know of these issues.

I was allowed to check in early but once I got inside my room there was no refrigerator I complained to staff and the front desk and was told someone would get me one but I never got one, so i had to buy a cooler too keep my meds cool, one guy at front desk told. Me to bring my iitem to front desk and they would store them, that CC wasn’t professional at all,I do believe I’m in titled to a satisfactory discount for future stays.

The front desk staff was nice, my bed was comfortable. They served breakfast. They had fruit infused water for guests in the lobby which was really good. But seemed like my bathroom wasn’t cleaned prior to me checking in and the shower did not get hot luke warm at best.

This hotel is terrible beyond description. I booked two night stay, but I couldn’t stay pass a night. I arrived at the hotel late because I was traveling from a far distance. I had to wait for over 15 mins to gain access into the hotel because there was no staff in the front desk. At a point, I was nearly giving up and thinking of going to another hotel.(I actually wish I did.) Eventually a staff let me in and checked me in. From the hallway and inside the elevator, I had started to notice the hotel was dirty and not as described in the ad I saw. Upon getting to the door of the room I and my family were assigned, we be couldn’t get into the room because there was someone else in the room. I had to go back to the front desk and we got assigned a new room. The room was very dirty beyond words. To make matters worse, there was a door in the room separating us from the next room. We could hear the baby crying clearly from the next room and we could hear the adults clearly when they spoke. I couldn’t even sleep at all. Very early that morning I had to check out immediately. Not recommended at all, not worth the price you pay. It was a big regret for me.
