I drove with friends and the guy at checkin asked me five times if I had a car. I kept telling him I didn’t and he looked at my accusingly. I explained I drove with friends and they already checked in and had a parking pass. Then when he heard me tell my friends husband she was outside seeing where he parked he got biligerent and told me I need a pass for “my car.” The room was clean but the carpets were really dirty. It is definitely not worth $2(0 a night for the view of the parking lot.

It was cool but the pool and hot tib were down. Staff was really nice.

Lovely location right up against the bay. I took the trail a little ways-nice option for a walk.

Carpet replacement will improve the appearance.

Great amenities, great room, and great wine.

We asked for above ground level for safety and security and got ground level facing parking lot. Halway to room very dirty and smelled like dog. We asked for pet free room. Not sure it was as it had a smell to it and tone of febreeze. Dogs barking around first night. Booked because of pool and jacuzzi which did not work and were shut down and this was not disclosed anywhere. Bathroom was not very clean.

It was a challenge to figure out what the best waterview option was when choosing a room. Our partial waterview was off the bay, so only Waterview later in the day. The hotel is working on the necessary renovations to bring it back to its potential. Breakfast was great and there are many dining options close by.

while the staff was lovely, the facilities are in serious need of a remodel. The carpets in the hall and the room are so dirty and stained that they give off a strong, stale odor. The overall state of the building is pretty run down, but the smell is what made me wish I hadn’t booked a room there.

I stayed in one of the room with water view which was fantastic. The only issue was that we selected the hotel to enjoy its pool. Especially my daughter was so excited about it. But the staff said it is out of service due to pipe break. As they knew that pool is not working at the tome of our reservation, they should have informed us. We paid for something that was not provided.

Hardly was ever able to sleep with all noise throughout the night from doors slamming and shutting, floors creaking, hearing next door and above shower/toilet flushing, etc. Hotel is doing renovations so pool/tub closed during summer months which is very inconvenient. Only great thing about the hotel is location was great right by the water and right next to shopping center nearby.

Average - no major complaints, but way overpriced for what you get. Especially the "balcony" that is narrow and looks down onto a roof - but you can see the water.

The property is in need of an exterior face lift (in work). The interior is what you can expext from a Best Western. I paid for an ocean view room (330) with balcony, but got the balcony without an ocean view. We got more of a parking lot/city view with a tidal slough. The front desk stated it was "kinda" an ocean view. Also, the bar was staffed with (what seemed to be) non-bar staff on a Friday. I understand the exterior is going through renovations, but the outdoor table and chairs still need cleaning between patrons. In my honest opinion and observations, the non-bar staff was unwilling to go above and beyond their regular duties that evening. There was one lady that seemed to be in charge and was doing most of the work, while the younger staff members just stood around doing nothing. Lastly, the breakfast staff was on point, recognizing everyone as they came in went and even cleaning off tables. Thank you!

Loved this place with great and helpful staff specially the staff from the breakfast buffet (Emma). This hotel is located right of the bay with great view. Will surely stay here again and we highly recommend it.

Breakfast was good except it kept running out. Hallway carpet looks so dirty needs replacement bad. The room is clean and comfortable. The staffs are nice.

Pool and hot tub were closed . Paid $275 for a Thursday night . The carpet in the hotel was absolutely disgusting! The ice maker was broken . I paid for an early check in only to be told our room wasn’t ready !

Hall way floors uneven. Property looks old. Pool smell in the carpets.

Carpets in walkways on each floor were filthy. I and others remarked on this to manager. He said he was too busy. I am 83, been around the world two or three times. I have never seen hallways so absolutely filthy. Not just one spill, but dozens of stains all over the place. Turned us off the motel from the very first moment. What a shame.

The room we reserved showed a corner view of the water. When we checked in we had a full view of the parking lot. Carpets are terribly stained and grounds not well kept up. When you walk into the hotel everything is clean and well kept, but once you get into the elevator and up to your floor, the carpets are filthy. It’s a beautiful location for a hotel. It’s just run down. We will not stay there again.

Hotel didn’t have my reservation when I went to check in. Broken glass in pool area cut my child’s foot, had to ask for first aid. Checked out immediately.

Loved it, it was a great place to stay.

At check in, i had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to show up. The desk area was in disarray with used water bottles on the counter, and no cookies. The back office looked like a bomb went off. I walked into my room and noticed the unmade bed, dirty towels on floor, and trashy. They promptly gave me a new room. The facilities and carpet are dirty, stained and in poor condition.

The water-view room was beautiful in design. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had everything. Shampoo was empty in the shower. The hotel states that it is under renovation and it needs it. The hallway carpeting on floor 3 is terribly stained and should have been replaced long ago.

The property has a lovely scenic location, but the interior is nasty. The carpets look as though they suffer from years of spills and abuse. The room itself had a broken toilet (wouldn’t flush), a missing remote control, no lotion in the dispenser, and the body wash dispenser in the shower fell open each time I tried to pump some out. The outlets were oddly enlarged or something, too. All of our plugs were loose or falling out. Lastly, the staff was rarely behind the desk. It was definitely not worth what I paid.

Stay was ok. Left items called five times was promised they would mail items even checked my card number and address a month later have not received items. Beautiful hotel that is having renovations but will NEVER stay here again and tell anyone going to the Seattle area to avoid it for the unfriendly front desk staff and flat lies.

The location was really nice with the water views, but they were understaffed and we waited for 20 mins to check in. The carpets were so dirty and smelly. We weren't comfortable walking around in our bare feet. The bathrooms were nice and clean and the shower almost made up for the nasty carpet.
