Long walk to our room due to only one elevator. We both tripped getting out of the elevator due to an uneven surface on the second floor. Very noisy hotel. The breakfast was odd. Served at a bar from an independent restaurant. Very poor service there.

We reserved a room for a one night stay at the Best Western in Green Valley as a last minute choice/booking. We went down to southern Arizona for a fishing trip and hadn’t decided if we’d stay somewhere overnight or head home. So glad we decided to stay! The hotel was very cute, quaint, quiet and the beds were soooo comfortable! We really enjoyed the sliding door that opened up to the pool/hot tub area. Marcus at the front desk was very friendly and attentive and answered all the questions I had about the breakfast in the morning and local food choices and had paper plates to our room for the Chinese food we picked up, in less than 30 seconds flat. I’d definitely recommend a stay at Green Valley in and I know we plan to return when we’re looking for a CLEAN, cozy, cost-effective getaway!

Don’t think the Resturant belongs to the hotel but computers were down, service was too slow, tables being cleaned while we waited for service. Food was not the best by far. Probably wouldn’t eat there again even with it as part of our stay.

Hotel is very nice, as was the staff. Pool area s lovely and breakfast was such a welcome change! Made to order meals!

Right off the highway, easy and friendly check in, great restaurant and bar for football or just relaxing, nice pool. Great for north/south travelers.

Looks recently remodeled, very nice property. Didn't expect such a nice place in the boonies. I worked at the nearby copper mine.

This was an emergency family visit stay, and we had used this hotel before. Our previous stay was not one we enjoyed due to the loud noisiness of the air conditioning for the room. But this second stay was very enjoyable. The room was clean, quiet and accessible. The dining option was excellent. We got free breakfasts every morning. All staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. We definitely will choose them again.

I Checked into the room and had dinner with a friend in the attached restaurant before dragging my luggage up to the room. Then I entered the room and turned on the lights to find three HUGE BLACK COCKROACHES scurrying for cover. I immediately returned to the front desk to CHECK OUT. The desk clerk was nice and apologized, offering, “This is a very old hotel.” and “This is not the first time this has happened.” I don’t care how old the hotel is. That does NOT excuse ROACHES!

Older property, but room clean and bed comfortable. Could use a little TLC, but no problem. Included a great breakfast. Never got someone to clean our room even after asking the front desk to have someone clean it. and had to ask for additional towels.

The hotel needs to be updated. The shower head was broken, the furniture was worn, the refrigerator froze our drinks, and the room had roaches. The carpet was worn throughout the hotel the floors were sticky in the dining room. Not good at all.

There were water draining issues in the shower. Room had a musty smell/odor. Facility was dated and wasn’t pleasant.

Convenient spot by the freeway on the way to Mexico if coming from Tucson. The property was a little smoke smelling.

Only stayed for one night, but enjoyed the restaurant. Convenient location for bird watchers.

It needs an update. Plumbing does not work well. The hallways smell and are in need of new carpet. You have to request room service. The best feature is the staff and their friendliness.

A clean, safe, comfortable room for a reasonable price. Older property but decently maintained. Front desk person was kind and efficient. In room fridge was so noisy I unplugged it. Other than that all good.

The staff was friendly and it’s nice that the restaurant gave free breakfast. The stay was pleasant overall, except the property is a little obsolete. The shower could use some remodeling and I was not able to control the air conditioning unit.

The bathroom in our room was dirty. Shower handle came off when turning water on. Water pressure from shower head was terrible because it was so filthy and clogged up.

Nice place that’s close to Green Valley. Fair prices, spacious room.

I had some unusual travel times requiring very late checkin and early checkout. Internal communication about this seemed a bit lacking, but everyone front of house was very nice and was ultimately able to accomodate me. Air conditioning in AZ during a heat wave was better than expected. Included breakfast was top notch! Will stay there again when in the area

Good reception/check in experience. The guy was nice, was quick. The bed was TERRIBLE in that the mattress needs replaced immediately. No sleep at all.
