The overall feel and cleanliness felt like a 4/10. It smelled very poor and overall not a good experience.

Nobody at desk at check in, stood around for a few minutes until bartender told me that "she's in the office, she will see you on camera and come out." Room smelled dank like mold or mildew smell. Carpet felt damp. I asked about getting a new room and was told property was full. Desk clerk at check out was nice enough. There are a lot of lodging options in the area, I would put this one low on your list.

Was decent, a bit dated. Parking was good. Breakfast sufficient for us.

Stay Away!!! The carpets need to be cleaned and the plumbing needs to be evaluated and/or upgraded. However the beds were newer and were comfortable to sleep in. The staff was somewhat helpful, but turned a blind eye to the constant marijuana use throughout the property. The smell of Marijuana smoke was so strong at times, it would enter the gaps from under the door and fill our room. It was so bad, I had to soak towels and place them around the bottom and sides of door to prevent further smoke from entering our room. I would have changed Hotels, but it is a pain to change hotels under the Expedia website and their customer service was not helpful.

Dirty and noisy.

We were driving on vacation. Family needed to spend a night in the area. Clarion Hotel provided good value for what we needed. Will consider this hotel again in future. The hotel chain we usually stay in is now unreasonably overpriced.

OK for the price.

The area was safe, and the room was comfy and reasonably priced. If you're looking for a short cheaper stay I highly recommend. The area did smell of marijuana and the hotel had that musty smell but other than that all was good.

The property had a run down feel. Carpet in the hallways need a good cleaning as well as our room. Stains on carpet in our room from dogs doing their business. Mattress had many stains. Room had a musty smell throughout our stay. Staff was friendly.

Cheap and the breakfast was decent.

All around poorly cleaned and no staffing to be found in a timely manner. Breakfast was below average.

Perfect place after a long day of traveling. The bed and shower were both amazing.

Very good hotel for exploring Pittsburgh and surround area. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. A/C worked fine and kept things cool. Shower was clean, spacious, and good water pressure. Breakfast had a hot food (eggs, sausage, etc) offering as well standard cold stuff. Staff was friendly. Overall, adequate hotel & would stay here again.

Perfect location for traveling folks. Easy on/easy off. Quiet. Room was spacious.

Arrived for one night stay while traveling. Upon arrival no one was at the front desk. I had to knock and wait about 10 min for someone to come out and check me in. Received my room and upon entering the room it really had a musty damp smell. So I went back to the front desk and explained the smell and asked for a new room. I was given the room right next door and it definitely smelled clean and much better. The stay was very good and quiet. It allowed to rest well before continuing my road trip. The breakfast is as fine the usual waffle maker, oatmeal, fruit cereal, bagels and pastry, eggs and sausage Coffee Milk and juice. The bed was amazing! I slept like a baby! I would stay there again for sure!

The beds were very comfy! Easy to find, great location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

We like to stay here because we like the area, many stores and restaurants close by. The negative is that each time we stay here, the bar/ restaurant is never open.

Room could use a little tlc.

Clean hotel and good breakfast

As soon as I pulled up, I considered leaving. The place was old and dilapidated and appeared empty. I decided to give it a shot, as ai had been on the road for hours and only needed to sleep here. I wish i hadn't. The woman who checked me in barely instead coughing much of the time. When I got go my floor, it reeked of weed and when I got to my room, it smelled like an old ashtray. I looked around the room to make sure it was at least clean enough to sleep and ended up staying, getting up at 5am to get the heck out of there. I felt uneasy and grossed out the entire time.

The room was clean and comfortable, so the overall accommodations were as expected. The free breakfast was good and plentiful.

Arrived at the hotel and no one was around to check us in. It was around 4pm which I thought someone should be at the desk. While I waited I made myself a cup of hot tea and looked for a bell of buzzer to ring. Didn’t see either. The water fun the hot tea thermos was Luke warm. 😟 After a 10 minute wait a lady appeared. She took my info and gave me two room keys. We were able to find a pull cart for our luggage. We made our way to our room, which was upstairs and the furthest room possible. We walked by an ice machine, which said, out of order. Saw room trash cans in the hall, peoples boots, dirty towels. Not a friendly site. Later on I asked the lady what no stay service meant, she told me that it means no one cleans your room at all. You keep the towels you get for as many nights that you stay there. The room smelled musty like a pet had been in it. Also a stale smell of old cigarette smoke. For the price and the Clarion name this hotel was very disappointing. The baseboards, light fixtures had white building dust on them. The shower made a high pitch when the shower was turned on. Also the handicap bar in the shower was moldy and broken. Do not book this hotel. Very sad we did

Overall clean, quiet, and with great breakfast. Gym was clean and equipment was adequate. Evening staff was not very friendly but morning staff was very nice. Outside of facility looks very outdated. Overall deserves 4 stars.

Clean room and bathroom. Very quiet

Our room had a dirty pair of underwear shoved in the corner. Asked to switch rooms, the key to the next room didn’t work. Ended up switching to a different hotel in the area.

Room was clean but bathroom toilet leaked out at the base. Also the tub was very slippery which we seniors deemed a safety hazard. Also the side door stairwell wreaked of cigarette smoke.
