Price was good and the staff were pleasant.

Lousy breakfast

Our room was small but cozy. It was located in a strange spot with the door inside the stair well. The view out the back side was nice with a backyard feel with trees and grassy area. The noise from the shower of the room near by was loud and woke us up.

Very nice room, very modern and clean. Outside a little shabby, but the room was great. Breakfast not good, limited option due to COVID restrictions apparently. Friendly staff, let me check in early. Good value for money.

Overall good. Location is awesome, 10-15 minute walk to stores and pubs aswell, the ferry terminal both Duke Point & Departure. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was great/strong. Mild smell in washroom (possible mildew). The room had AC which was nice. The staff were helpful and kind. Check in/out was super easy. $265 for two nights is affordable. It was a quiet place, perhaps we got lucky with quiet neighbours. Tv had basic cable with no app access; therefore, I suggest bringing your laptop/hdmi cord to watch Netflix or whatever. Wifi free. Does state “continental breakfast” though there was no protein & no toast only the basics which was a bit disappointing but we went to breakfast nook instead which is a very short drive, and it was amazing! Overall, stay was great & due to the location and the comfy sleep, I’d stay here again.

The staff at the front desk and the housekeepers were all so nice. The red haired lady on the night desk was lovely. All the staff were so helpful, they helped me with faxing, and I kept having to extend my stay, and they accommodated me. The breakfast was nice, and newspapers. The room had a good view and a large balcony with furniture. Microwave and fridge were good, everything very clean. Only downside is the road noise, which of course, can not be helped. I would stay here again. Thanks to the warm and wonderful staff!

More table space in the dining area. Stamping of feet in the upper floor. Soundproofing needed.

employee sent for work, they did not have their own credit card for securing the room and the staff was willing to use debit, when we had to extend the stay they were not willing to accept it a second time.
