This hotel was pretty good! We were in the winery themed honeymoon suite with the jacuzzi tub. There were questionable stains on the carpet and mattress protector, but i feel like they tried their best to keep it sanitized, because every linen smelled of bleach. My only complaint was that the jetted tub smelled like bleach when the jets were on, I know that means its sanitized, which I appreciate! But it was a little unsettling smelling bleach in the bath. The pool was clean, same with the hot tub. All the amenities were in working order. This location isnt great for those who are travelling without a vehichle, but willowbrook mall and all the shopping that area has to offer is a short drive away. Sahota's grill was running the continental breakfast, they had a lot of variety and the foot was hot so no complaints there! They also offer Ramada guests a 12% discount for dining, great indian cuisine! with lots of other options for those who prefer western cuisine, they really do try to cater to everyone's tastes at Sahota's! Overall, had a good time staying here and I would probably stay here again.

I stayed 4 nights. Housekeeping was great

The carpets in my room were so stained that it looked like a slaughterhouse.When I called the front desk about them they assured me that they were clean. There were kids and adults running around in the room above me and the door slamming and kids screaming usually started around 6:30 each morning. Let's just say this hotel attracts a certain clientele which makes getting a good night sleep very difficult.

Everything was fine with this property with the exception of 2 things--1) the person who checked us in (a younger woman) appeared to be totally disinterested in being there, yawned repeatedly, and even belched when she was talking to us. 2) the exercise room equipment was in dire need of repair and replacement. Otherwise, the gentleman who worked the front desk for the night shift was really friendly!

This is an easily found location with clean rooms, they have an average hotel breakfast served in the restaurant on site. They seemed to be in the midst of renovation, our room was very nice with what looked like new flooring.

The staff seemed very uninterested in helping.

We stay in this general area when visiting from out of town. Cheaper and less crowded than Vancouver. This hotel is clean and comfortable and has free breakfast!

Worst hotel to stay. Room was very dirty.

Very sad exercise room. Better to not have cardio equipment than to have poorly functioning equipment. No spray bottles for cleaning - even though there is a sign that says to spray and clean equipment after use. Very small and Generally very disappointing.

Checked us into a room that was occupied. Walked in on them. Then got us into another room and said hopefully no one is in this one, laughing(we didn’t find it funny). People drinking in hot tub area(we chose this hotel and paid extra bc it had a hot tub)so we didn’t use it. Our carpet was disgustingly dirty/stained

Nice and spacious room. Carpet is not clean. Only bad thing.

The complimentary breakfast was better than expected. The supply’s in room were minimal and basic. On our last evening/day they didn’t come make the beds or add more coffee shampoo etc.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good…highly recommend the waffles. Location was great for what we needed. Cleanliness unfortunately was very poor. Carpet was in terrible condition and we didn’t dare take our shoes off. It was sooo nasty…room is in major need of an update. Wouldn’t choose again for that reason.

Good hospitality

Everything went smoothly but the only issue I encountered is that my room smelled like cigarette smoke the whole time.

The staff was friendly and the property was clean for the most part but the carpet was very badly stained which took away from the general niceness of the place.

The property was nice, the staff was amazing. the only issues was that by the elevator and the hallway there was water and slippery due to people coming back from the pool.
