I was going to Sedona for one night with two of my girlfriends and I wasn’t expecting much from a motel- style lodging, but Green Tree exceeded my expectations. They must have recently remodeled the rooms because the beds were super comfortable, and the furnishings seemed very modern and sleek. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was so cozy and well decorated. I loved the amenities and the TV.
The pool and the jacuzzi were a plus, the perfect place to relax after a hike.

Staff are friendly, air conditioner was noisy, fridge was not working, ran out of cream cheese during breakfast (they were serving bagels), property has nice trees and grounds, and pool looked nice. Room was clean.

Its a very basic room but has everyhthing you need. Bathroom and shower is tiny. Balcony is nice and the pool area is also nice. It was just too expensive for what we got overall.

Rooms are basic but clean and modern a… the breakfast was basic but good enough to get you through the morning….the tv was Roku which we were unfamiliar with so that was not enjoying for us. So overall a nice place to stay

It was ok, but no cable TV, just Roku streaming channels. Quite a bit of construction noise, due to renovations, and loud AC unit in the room.

Very nice and clean. Great temperpedic bed but pillows were too soft. Nice little Continental breakfast. Only complaint is both types of omelettes had cheese and wife is lactose intolerant. I wish they had just done scrambled eggs as an option

It’s a place to sleep. No amenities to speak of. No iron or ironing board in room. No closet, drawers etc. like a motel 6

The room looked new, modern and clean. Nice rattan chairs on the balcony. Only downside was the small bathroom and the shower frame that let water splash all over the floor.

Everything was very good and really.comfortable beds. Only complaint is thin walls and noises from above.

Not at all the way they make it sound. Way overpriced for the quality... got away to be able to sleep in but their landscapers were at it early with the leaf blowers. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable even when turned into a bed. The fan in the living room are did not work unless the light was turned on. Would I stay again probably not especially not for that price $400 for 2 nights absolutely not worth it. Ive stayed at nicer one for less.

Everything was great! Check in was a breeze, the front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. The room was very clean, and well appointed. The mini fridge, microwave and coffee pod machine (which included complimentary coffee) were clean and in good working order. Whoever picked out the lamps and furniture did a bang up job! The room was beautiful.
The chairs outside in the balcony were SO COMFORTABLE! It was nice to sit out there and look at the stars.
We had stayed in this same hotel for a birthday trip last year and it was good then; they only get better.

The swimming pool area was very pleasant and relaxing. The rooms are very clean, but the bathroom door wouldn't fit into the doorway to close. The television didn't receive any networks, only Roku streaming.

Had 6 cockroaches we had to kill in our room on the first floor. Coffee machine in the room didn’t work either.

Floors were filthy. Had to wipe our feet before putting on socks. Towel was black after wiping feet. Huge spider web in the bathroom window. Coffee maker in the room had not been cleaned in a while. The safety rail in the newly renovated pool needs to be fixed/tightened. Other than that, staff was very friendly and nice continental breakfast! And yes, I did let the individual at the front desk know about the issues.

This was beautiful, close to opportune places, pretty quiet, nice pool and hot tub. The staff was helpful. My only gripe was that they served the exact same breakfast every single day.

Staff were not friendly. Also ubs connectors were not working and their fire alarm devise was cover with astic. I mentioned to them but nothing was done.
