The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The room was quiet, large, and had a microwave and refrigerator.

It’s a standard hotel but it was clean and had really friendly staff. They did a great job cleaning inside the rooms and the additional facilities (restaurant, pool, and workout room.)

This was a great place to stay - clean rooms, breakfast included. They have a good restaurant on the main floor as well, and that was convenient when we needed a late night dinner.

All personnel were exceptionally good. From the front desk to the restaurant bartender. The maids are the best. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

It is located in the center of everything. Easy to find the tourist places and easy to get to. The staff is very patient and very attentive.

I liked the location to restaurants and shopping. The room was clean ,up to date and quiet.

Common areas seemed dirty, carpet, coaches, etc. bed sheets were “clean” but mad numerous stains on them. Staff was excellent.

It was off the main drag a block and had some deferred maintenance on the parking lot (pot holes).

Grasshopper infestation! We stayed there for 6 days and not once did they come to clean the room, change the sheets or change the towels!

Altogether the property is very nice, no complains. The only thing, what is really poor is the breakfast. Coffee has no taste, more like just the brown water. Menu is very typical for hotels with breakfast but lacks taste. Maybe, it would be better to have less items. Hard boiled eggs, hot oatmeal, plain yogurt would be a must.

The Holiday Inn in Twin Falls is an excellent choice AND an excellent value. Food in the restaurant downstairs is not only good but competitive with small chains, so no need to go out. VERY nice!

The only annoyance was the sound from the small fridge in the room while I was watching TV but the air conditioner was good about drowning it out so I could sleep.
