Receptionist was great. The shower head was distracting. The room walls and ceiling need to be re painted.

There's NOTHING to like about rodent droppings in your room! My advice sleep in your car!!!!

Decent hotel for an older hotel, some staining, some typical insects in a mountain resort. The only real problem was our room was very musty. We sprayed the room down with Lysol and took our clothes out on the first day so the smel wouldn’t permeate our clothes

The women that checked us in was harsh and nasty. She told 2 separate groups of people “Listen up I’m only saying this once” it was about smoking. There was absolutely no reason to talk like we were children. Also a maintenance worker came into my mother’s room without knocking at 1130 at night. She was terrified! She was glad she had the chain on the door! Totally not acceptable!!!!

It was an average room with vinyl flooring. It had kingsize bed, desk , Tv and night tables. It did have a mini fridge, and it was clean. It offered a basic continental breakfast.

Very clean, nice and helpful staff. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

Upon arrival at 10pm it took over 15 minutes for reception to check me in. Upon pre paying they assigned a room, the room was filthy. The bed linens were stained but clean. Three of the hand towels had human debris on them and were stacked as if clean. The carpet was beyond stained in at least 5 spots. The walls had mold, paint chipping, and unfinished drywall repair. The toilet and shower room were modernized and worked fine. Sink area was dirty. Carpet cleaning and turn down was not offered cleaned or even vacuumed before or during stay. When day staff was present they were friendly and provided a decent breakfast. The property is dated and they’re clearly cashing in on the looks of the outside. Any motel nearby had cleaner inside rooms. I feel taken for the value and should’ve demanded a refund as no new room was available. I will not be staying here again next time I’m in area.

It was exactly what we were looking for and will use this property again.

I got back to my motel after attending a wedding. I asked for extra pillows and they responded with, we don't have any it's house keepings fault. I have never been to a hotel who doesn't have extra pillows.

Though the room was a bit rundown but It was a great place to crash after all day of skiing.

The only good thing was our friend Terry, she was very friendly. Otherwise, this is something I don’t want to state but for my fellow travelers, stay away. I was bit by BED BUGS, yep bed bugs. The elevator looked disgusting…. I should not have to see fingerprints smeared of who knows what on the elevator. Brown stains in the hallways. The walls are paper thin, I can hear the tv next door. My first room had unfinished spackling on the walls. Not one employee apologized for the bed bugs. I had evidence with my bites and capture the bag in a bottle. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

Staff was very friendly but the bathroom in our room had mold on the shower head.

Was an okay stay, not what I expected. Had a strong odor of some sorts in the hallways and then the same smell in the rooms but not as strong. TV speaker seemed like it was ready to blow, limited breakfast bar, beds creeked & not that comfortable.

For the price it good

The overall property is in good condition but the rooms show age. The shower head needed to be replaced years ago. The overall stay is good enough. I would stay again.

Cozy stay near Mountain Creek resort.

Shower head needs washing, looked moldy. Bathroom vent exhaust needs improvement. Window curtain was broken and off its track. Comforter covers had stains that looked recent. It was nice that waffles, yogurt, and cereal was complimentary between 7am to 10am.

Out the back window there were trees that looked like they could become dislodged and come thru the window

It was convenient to where my daughter lives. I was there for a family visit. It's not fancy, but it was clean and quiet. There was a breakfast area that was very nice. The staff was friendly.
