It is clean and comfortable. Very basic breakfast. The waffles are the best choice. The decor is a bit dated but ok
The best part was walking across the street to hickory tavern ate there both nights and a caribou coffee too. When you cross the bridge there is a board missing so you have to be careful.
Staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms clean. Had no problems. I would book again.

This was supposed to be for checkin not the stay. Terri was absolutely awesome. We had to check out but back in again because we used Hotrls.com. She was able to set it up so we could simply move rooms in the morning rather have to take our luggage and check back in later. She was Super Friendly and so helpful. This customer first care was very much appreciated.

The price was way to high for the room 209 the paint in the bathroom was peeling off everywhere shower wasn’t clean for $160.00 per night the room should have been a lot better condition I decided to find another motel for the rest of my trip.

There was a strong smell in the lobby that was kinda overbearing. For people with allergies, this would be an issue! The smell was almost like a very strong cologne or perfume. I had to rush through the lobby to keep from getting a headache from smelling it.

My first night there the floor in my room was so dirty I tried to clean it myself but it was impossible. The next day, housekeeping did clean it thoroughly but without explanation or apology for it.
Also, if you want a dark and quiet night, this is not the place. The curtains don’t completely cover the window so lots of light coming in at night and I was woken up in the morning by the room next to mine’s alarm. I could also hear them talking in normal voices and hear everything going on in the hallway.
The staff were very nice and polite. And other than the one night with a filthy floor, the rest of the room was very clean.

We had a one day golf tournament at Pinehurst so it was a short one night stay. It was clean and convenient to the golf course.

There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. Mold around the baseboards of the room. The closet was hard to close due to rust on the bottom frame. No ventilation in the bathroom. I wish there were metal racks or rails to hang towels or wash cloths in the bathroom. The TV worked fine but I wish there were a smart TV option to access apps like with Roku TV. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels that provide that option.

The hotel is older but the rooms have been updated. Our room looked nice and the bed was comfortable. All employees were very nice except 1. Breakfast was pitiful. The person working breakfast didn’t seem to care and was very quick to comment I know and snapped at guest.

We chose this hotel because it had a pool and we had a child with us. They closed the pool at 8 pm for two reasons. 1- no staff to watch it and 2- no lights in the pool. We were at a bee conference all day and our grandchild looked forward to swimming afterwards. She was very disappointed. If hours are limited this needs to be communicated. We were not the only ones staying their with children.

The air conditioner is in need of repair. It was so noisy that it kept us awake all night. It was 90 degrees outside so we could not turn it off. We just had to endure a sleepless night. The internet connection is insecure and incredibly slow. It took many tries to just connect in a way that included internet access. The bathroom sink valves would not shut off completely. The hot water was scalding hot. Don't stay here.

The stay was wonderful. The desk clerk checking us in was very friendly. Check in was quick. Loved the fact that there wasn’t carpet in the rooms. Rooms were quiet. Hot water was hot HOT. Thanks for making our stay wonderful.
