Our room was ready on time,digital check in was great. Room was clean and stocked accordingly.
Hot breakfast was great. Plenty of choices. I appreciated they had turkey sausage in addition to other choices. They kept ot stocked.

Stayed here overnight for an event in Charlotte. We had a great experience starting at check in with Caroline. Room was clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was great with many options and everything tasted great. Would recommend

On arrival the hotel lobby smelled liked dirty mop water
Our room was clean but when we woke up the next morning the carpet was soaked and our luggage and clothing was wet from the AC unit that had leaked all night while we slept. We notified the front desk staff at check-out but was told a manager would call us sometime today we are still waiting on that call.

The facility was pretty nice. The room was OK. It’s better than the room that I booked with my Hilton honor. The hotel did seem a little age but all in all it’s ok.

I love the stone fireplace at the entrance. Very relaxing. Inviting scenery, making you want to sit and enjoy your moment.

The cafeteria's coffee/tea stand had a bunch of aints running all over countertop - I stayed for 4 nights and nobody took care of the issue. The room had strong smell of mold and even working all the time airconditoion couldn't take it off.
The room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable. Nice updated design. Close (walking distance) to food store and many restaurants next to this hotel.

Staff was friendly but Room had a A/C and it smelled moldly. Staff did give a refund.

The people were friendly. The breakfast was great, but I had ants in my bathroom. The room needed the drywall touched up in several places, in the bathroom the floor was never caulked around the edge. And overall just felt outdated.

It was very horrible experience for me I couldn’t be able take shower. The shower tub clocked up no water flow. Horrible customer service they gave the run around to resolve the issue. They won’t offer us a different room. Please stay away from this place it is horrible. There were no soap there until we requested more then three to four times.

When I arrived the desk clerk was nice. Got to my room and put my shoes down and hit my leg and a metal pole that was sticking out of the bed. Then lift the covers and there was dried blood everywhere. Went to see if they had another room the door handle fell off. Explain to the desk clerk he had the nerve to tell me nothing was available and he couldn’t assist me. I asked for a refund he stated “take my azz up stairs and get in the bed.” I politely grab my bags and proceeded to leave. Upon leaving they were breaking into cars outside
