It was so-so. I would not have been comfortable if I stayed alone as I did not realize when I booked that the property is up against a truck stop gas station. Also, our window looked like someone had tried to pry it open and was unlocked when we arrived. The hotel staff is so friendly and helpful and the lobby area is beautiful and welcoming.

On our own little "self guided" covered bridge tour, we stumbled upon the perfect hotel. We loved it so much, we adjusted the tour route so we could stay here another night.

I’ve stayed here before, they’re a nice place. A little pricey considering the area but it’s the only place in the immediate area that I want to stay at.

The breakfast was Continental. Expected a hot breakfast. Other than that, the facility was great.

The room was very spacious and clean.The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The bed was awfully uncomfortable. The bathroom was badly designed with poor lighting and the plug ins were 2 plus feet away from the cabinet where hairdryer or curling appliances could easily fall into the sink. There was a very poor continental breakfast. For the high end price of the room I expected more.

A convenient location and clean rooms make the Inn at St. Albans a worthwhile place to stay if visiting the area. The breakfast was typical continental style but there is a Dunkin right next door along with a gas station and convenience store.
Our only issue was a very loud neighbor the last night of our stay, but a call to the front desk had this quickly addressed and my children and I had no other concerns.

The bathroom door seemed liked it swung the wrong way. Lighting could have been better in the bathroom, around the mirror. Good stay

Easy on and off highway. Close enough to downtown area to grab dinner and drink. Clean rooms, decent continental breakfast. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

It was over-priced and under served. Our room had a smoky smell, they did not clean the rooms daily. Left a tip envelope for cleaning but didn’t clean. We had to go get our own toilet paper at the front because there wasn’t enough. The breakfast was limited and not stocked. We paid the price of a 5 star hotel but got the service of a 2 star. The rooms did not have safes either.

There was crap stains on my sheet and someo e opened my door when i had my do not disturb sign on and i was standing naked about to change. The people at the front desk were rude and said nothi g can be done the manager wont be back for weeks

The staff was wonderful and their breakfast staff and food were just great. All around enjoyable to have a newly renovated room. I definitely will return!

Elizabeth, the checkin girl was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with my checkin. She even volunteered to come out to the car and assist me with my luggage. And when I ordered takeout and they brought it to the front desk, Elizabeth deliver it to my room.

I made this reservation several weeks prior to visiting my daughter in St Albans. I wan not informed the hotel had changed ownership. The pool was unavailable as was the hot breakfast as they were renovating?!? Given a bagged breakfast of items I was not interested in. Shower head broken and exploded causing water to spray all over bathroom so unable to take shower. Bathroom had NO hooks to hang towels or clothes while in bathroom. Couldn’t find the blow dryer. No support from front end staff…. And no apology. So frustrated and unhappy with our stay.

Did not list pool closed whole they remodel common areas worked on. breakfast not offered till work finished. Stayed here in 2016 and 2017 rooms were being remodeled think entrance area in2020. When i checked out front desk was gone from night before so they are keeping it fresh would have like pool that evening.
