One of the worst Super 8's we've stayed at. Very dirty, smelly, very little breakfast, and serves as a flop house for people, one in particular with an ankle monitor who followed my wife from the lobby making noises aimed at her.

I don't know that I've ever stayed anywhere that made me feel quite as uncomfortable as this motel. The entire facility needed a thorough cleaning.

I booked this property through Expedia. It was listed as pet friendly when I arrived there were no pet signs all over the entrance area. I was told no pets. I asked if they could help me find another motel nearby that took pets. They said no. Very unhelpful.

My door would not lock and tv cost extra to watch!

This place is Horrible! The first room had no working heat, the second room had working heat but had no cover on the unit. Dirtiest Hotel I have ever stayed in! Will certainly Never stay here again.

Great location to Job site

Staff was rude. Bed very uncomfortable. Pet policy is no pets! Noisy all night. Construction started before 6 am. Super 8 needs to take a hard look at this property, will definitely cost you customers!!

The gentleman checking me in was quite nice, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel was miserable hot, the air conditioners are outdated and do not cool off to a satisfactory temperature. There was food and dirt on the walls. The hallways were dirty, the reception area was clean. I went down for breakfast at 8 AM. They only had coffee, she said she closed up early as no one comes down anyways. It hadn't looked as if she had put anything out to begin with. I wasn't offered juice or anything. The outlets some did not work, and the shower did not reach a warm temperature. I again did like the gentleman working. And the beds were comfortable, I booked a king bed, but was given only 2 full size, with no explanation as to why. Only that the room with a king would cost more, when it was a king I had booked.

The lady at the front desk was very nice but the room was very nasty, the a/c didn’t work properly and the breakfast was cereal and coffee what kinda breakfast is that dry cereal! I want be staying there again…

The bed was comfortable. But the TV didn't work. Called front desk. They came up. Someone had unplugged the HDMI cable, but after a complete reset, it still wouldn't work. Called front desk again. He said a man came and fixed it, and it was working. When I tried to explain, he hung up. There was no chair for the desk, no clothes rod, no Kleenex, no soap in dispenser.

Room and hotel was dirty- under our beds were old socks, white pills, a house shoe, food and a receipt from 6 months ago.

We didnt end up staying but we checked in and the front desk person was very mean and just flat out didnt care. Our room was not what i had booked and when we checked into the room we were put into it was dirty and smelt like an ash tray. I then pulled back sheet to check for bed bugs and i found where they had had them and also saw how dirty the mattresses were. We checked out with in 20 mins of checking in. I told the frount counter what was wrong and that i had some issue and he congratulated me on being unhappy with what i found and told me i couldnt get a refund. It was an awful experience. Went back next morning and talked to a manager and she apologized and sent in for a refund. Will not ever stay there or any super 8 again

The room was clean, but in bad repair, holes in the wall.

There was toilet paper wads on the bathroom ceiling. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or dusted in weeks. The curtains were falling off and we couldn’t even block out the light!

It was outdated, dirty and all around unsatisfactory

Unclean and unprofessional staff. Waiting for unknown charges to be refunded. Corporate was supposed to come in and now we understand why. Night staff was amazing!

Awful.. checked in and he said we hadn’t paid. I had paid receipt then he followed us all the way to room without saying anything. We opened up the door and was so disgusted. The whole room was dirty and broken. Window broken, electrical outlets were unsafe and it was just disgusting. We left. I want a full refund and maybe even a comp for wasting our time. It was late and we were exhausted from driving all day. We couldn’t find another hotel. They were all for reservations the next day or sold out. We ended up sleeping in a free parking garage. I’m so upset.

Staff was nice, but no breakfast as mentioned, room was non smoking still smelled of smoke, cleaning was very subpar but no bugs, and a lot of aesthetic fixes needed to be done there was a hole in my room wall, the socket cover on that same wall was hanging and my sink was put on crooked other than that it was cool for the price location was great just stop mentioning things you do not have

This location is a dump, worn out. the hallway carpet is filthy and covered with debris. Vending machines not working. The room is generally clean but furniture is literally taped together in places. Expedia should not list this property.

We booked a room with a king size bed. When we arrived there were no king sized beds available in either smoking or non smoking. Now we are stuck with the hassle of trying to get a refund due to they did not have the room they promised.

We reserved two rooms but the reservation at the hotel showed only one room. It took us 45 minutes to convince them we paid for two rooms- even showing them the confirmation email which stated two rooms and our online card statement showing the payment had been made.

The room was ok, clean. The Mattress sank in the middle but was ok for sleeping. There were people outside smoking, the hallway smelled like smoke. The person that checked didn't talk to us, I had to ask him everything, like where was the room, which side of the building, how to get there, He just pointed above him. Had to ask about the breakfast they had advertised, what time it was and where. He did point out the wifi pass word. The door to the room, the dead bolt didn't lock. Overall was a place for the night.

The room was neither clean nor comfortable. The floor had not been cleaned and had quite a bit of debris. The bed mattress sagged visibly. The floor was slick like it had a thin coating of oil on it. The AC unit cover was missing so you could see the dirty AC coils. The hall and non-smoking room smelled smokey. The chairs were dirty and full of holes. There was no bed spread or quilt on the bed, just sheets and the blanket. Overall poor impression of the hotel.

Hotel is ok for one night

There were cockroaches in the upstairs hallway. The towels were not absorbent and were dingy looking.

Price was right.

The room was filthy had bugs which required us to fog the room. Fire alarm wasn't installed wires were hanging from the ceiling. Cobweb that was full of flies was in the closet area.Toilet wasn't mounted to the floor and tilted when using it. Outside doors were broken and not secured allowing street people to use the hallway to stay cool. Had I had the option of moving to another hotel I would have, but this place required you to pay up front with a no refund policy. The local health department should inspect this place for code compliance and Expedia should look into having minimum requirements for a hotel to be listed with them.

Let’s be honest. The property, room, shower and public places are worse than awful. I traveled with kids and my dad and the welcoming was ok but at you get in, ohh! was even flies on the room. Hair on the shower, dust, and the carpet apparently was green in better life… now is grey and you can see the dirt all around. A lot of broken things: lights, lamps… etc. And the smell! Between cigarrettes, smoke and mold… Not safe to be without shoes at any moment. Not safe or comfortable for kids. No hot water, no shampoo, just a little bar of soap. The towels, well, we try to not use it. Those look weird, old and not really clean. We arrived late night so we have no more options, maybe early we’ve could book another hotel room. Definitely don’t stay here!!
