Horrible service and dirty beyond belief. Asked for them to replace bathroom light , and it never happened even asked twice. Towels were stained.

Dirty and run down

The breakfast was terrible, there is only a waffle machine and coffe, thats it. Waffle machine was dirty and burnt. Also you can hear everyone on the other rooms, specially first floor, otherwise was clean and comfortable

Toilet was broken. Had to flush by reaching into tank, Told management at 8:00 in the morning but when we returned to the room that night, the toilet still wasn't fixed.

Great stay, well like the staff,very kind & endearing. Helpful, would stay there again, thank You , super 8...!😊

Lady at the front desk was extremely rude floors in the room were sticky dirty towels in the bathroom stuff stuck on the sink and blankets and sheets were dirty

The sheets were dirty and stained. In addition, the property was unkept...weeds, trash, dirty windows, and lobby area.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Dirty!!! Smelled horrible! Unsafe!! Photos on your site were not taken at this hotel! We did not stay here!! No refund. Very unhappy!!

Young lady up front was very pleasant

The breakfast was waffles, coffee and milk. I ended up going to the store and buying other options, espionage for my 1 year old.

Window in room was spider webbed and we felt very sketched out sleeping in the area

This hotel could be a lot better with some tender loving care: some simple repair and touch ups. Don't expect much from the breakfast bar - there wasn't much there. Other than those items this is a decent place.

It in terrible condition no pillow cases,no soap or shampoo the paint was shody

The room was horrible. There was blood on the bathroom wall. Not clean at all.

Dirty towels with stains on them. Followed by no pillow cases on my pillow. Plus they would clean the rooms but never put supplies back if they took them out to exchange.

I had the worse experience front staff was horrible I waited more than 30 minutes to check in They were not accommodating if it was not so late in the night I would leave I wound never try them It was the worse experience I never slept a wink I felt insect crawling on my body It seems like it was bed bug I could not speak to anyone cause it impossible

The room didn’t seem like it had been cleaned. Bedding was stained and dirt on floors in room. Way too much money for the room. Had booked for 2 nights since there was no other places available. Lady had asked if we wanted the room serviced after the first night. I said yes and asked for bedding to be changed. She said okay and I think only a pillowcase was changed. Don’t recommend! Would love a refund!

This hotel is so run down and outdated. It shouldn't be able to claim they have breakfast. They only had oranges and one waffle iron with waffle batter. The coffee machine was fine but they only had powdered creamer. The chair in the room was so worn, I think it has been there since the 80'S. There was such a strong odor of the cleaner that they use that my wife had a headache the whole time we were there. We were very disappointed and will never stay at a Super 8 again.

Smelly, sticky, stains, and pretty gross overall. Highly recommend you to at least make it smell better and remove the sticky substances from all floors.

When we checked in we were given the key and nothing else was said about if there was breakfast or when. The room itself seemed clean but up keep on room is not good at all. The hook on the back of the door was broken off the tub was old and you could see cracks on the service. I will say the pressure on the shower head was very good. The beds were actually comfortable. The pillows weren't that great. You get a soft, medium, and hard one. Oh, and our toilet ran all night! Our coffee maker must not have been cleaned cause there was a tea bag still in there. From what I could tell about breakfast you could make a waffle. There was coffee but the sugar was poured into a coffee cup and you spooned it out, same with the creamer. Not sure that is the most sanitary way to serve these condiments but seems to fit with the rest of the place. This place certainly needs a major update and it is very dark in the hallways. Yes, it served the purpose for what we needed it for and I'm certainly glad the bed was comfortable.

We have a 7 year old with us when we were getting ready for bed our room started to smile like marijuana. Which wasn’t good at all. We wanted queen beds they put us in a double room. The bed were very uncomfortable.

One of side doors didn’t lock

Area seemed good. Front staff very good. Hotel had a strong fragence as if masking less than good cleaning. Bed comfortable. Parking lot not well kept. Good price but ???

This has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were disgusting and they smelled like pee. I will not ever be coming back here even if it means I have to pay more somewhere else.

Staff was good but the place was dirty. Channel changer was broken and the chair should have had a cover as it was wore out. The area around the food center was dirty couldn’t eat there.

This hotel is not cleaned, the towels are not changed, the sheets and pillowcases are not changed. Most worst hotel in my 50years life.

Place was terribly dirty, loud guests, run down, small, dingy and not well maintained. Everything is dated and the pillow cases were dingy. Just terrible.
