Smell of marijuana inside, continental breakfast wasnt much, tiny pillows, no coffee maker in room

Staff is friendly but house keepers need to relax a bit i tols them i was getting ready for work and needed a hour a.d they came and knocked 3 times in that hour

After check-in and being assigned room on 3rd floor was told no elevator. Not acceptable for 2 seniors with replaced hips.

Toilet seat loose, tiles broken, drain broken off, loud, room smells like weed, dated, stained, no elevator.

While the decor was nice and room clean, it mostly terrible. Phone didnt work in the room. Desk staff either wasnt trained properly or didnt care enough to do a good job at making sure the breakfast area was clean or stocked. The pillows in the room were about 12x12 so not actual bed pillows. The tub didnt drain well so while taking a shower the water stayed above ankle deep. And the AC didnt work well. Outdated or poorly maintained machine. Having worked for the Super 8 chain and stayed in their hotels before, i expected way better for the amount of money i had to pay for this room. To sum up it was like this property gave minimum effort. Eill not stay again or recommend

Bathroom ceiling was leaking and drywall was falling down. I have pictures too

Front desk agent was friendly. Beds were comfortable and was very quiet around us

The room was not in good condition: towels were dirty, floors dirty, one bed obviously was not changed as there was hair all over sheets.

The room did not lock. We had to put chairs and a desk in front of the door. There was constant noise from the office. The air conditioner didn’t work half of the time. The room overall wasn’t very clean. The shower took 15+ minutes to warm up

Outlet covers were broke in corners and not safe to have kids around. Didn’t feel very clean in the room also. Window was open so it was bit cold in room.

Old but a comfortable bed. A good value.

Too far off highway, Scott was not friendly and argumentative for a simple request to get hot water even thought the check-in manger said yes ask anytime.

One lady at night duty was unfriendly. No TV remote in our room. Limited charging area in the room. The light in our room not working.

Windows were open. Very cold inside. Both times I stayed there they were open

I don’t know where to start. Walked in and room was an ice box. Turned heat on but couldnt figure where cold air was coming from. Window open and sceen busted. Bathroom door missing handle so couldnt shut if u didnt want to get suck inside. Shower had water coming out of pipe instead of shower head. Pillows were throw pillows. Fridge and heater louder than TV. Breakfast was a joke.

The property is older and in need of a renovation. We were on the second floor and the bathroom ceiling was in bad shape. The heater was loud and the overall condition of the place was on the dirty side.

Towels were very old,small and stained. Bathroom needs to be updated. Took me awhile on how to turn the shower on. I was standing in water while i was showering

The two ladies who checked us in on Friday night & were on duty most of the time we were there (2 nights) were very pleasant & very helpful! They are an asset to the location. More posted information about breakfast times, exit directions in case of an emergency, checkout times, etc. are needed but I do understand they were in renovation mode. The heater in the room kept it very comfortable all the time. Enjoyed the stay.

Owner was amazing was busy when i got in she and front desk staff were so nice i traveled with my dog and they were very nice about it

The owner Shama I think is her name is absolutely amazing. She has been nothing but welcoming and kind to me. The front desk agent that is working currently who is an overnight is maybe a little tired tonight, but so far our state has been great

Everything was great. One small problem that was taken care of right away. First room had a heater that wasn't working properly so the front desk agent put us in another room right away. This was my second stay there and was great again.

The front desk employee was very friendly and made the check in process very easy and quick. Comfortable beds and quiet place to sleep and relax

price and conveniance

I travel a lot and I've stayed in a lot of hotels. I don't seek out five star hotels I'd rather spend my money on good food, and friends but just because a hotel isn't $200 a night does not make it justifiable to be disgusting hotel, and this hotel is just that! It smells like stale cigarettes from the 70s the carpet sticks to your feet, the shower curtains are yellow, there was no shampoo conditioner or hand soap, and while it doesn't matter much there's also not a blow dryer. I had to leave the window open just the air the stench out of the room.and it was 30 degrees at night . But that was better than the smell! During my trip I've misplaced my glasses so I called to see if I possibly left them in the hotel room. The guy on the phone tried to insist that I have never stayed at that hotel despite trying to give him my itinerary number and my first last name. He proceeded to put me on hold for 15 minutes saying that he was looking to see if anybody turned in a pair of reading glasses, then gets back on the line and acts like he doesn't know who I am or what I'm talking about and then says "oh well I guess nobody found your glasses if you were on hold! " Again I have stayed at some really rough hotels that one may top the list!
