Beautiful place, great service, wonderful staff. Only thing I did not love is that it is like a 15 minute walk to town centre, but they have a shuttle that takes you wherever you want to go.

Very nice hotel and staff. The hotel is placed 10 minutes’ walk from the city center in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel has a nice car with very nice drivers that takes you to/from the city center if you prefer not to walk. The pool and restaurants are also very nice. We would love to return:-)

Very quiet and tranquil, beautiful pool; having breakfast on your little private terrace is great, as is the BBQ by pool. Room service dinner menu a bit limited.

My favourite address in St. Tropez... Fantastic location that's walking distance to the city center, and as charming an authentic French 5-star bastide can be. Absolutely highly recommended.

A wonderful place to stay in Saint Tropez. I highly recommend staying at this place. This is a real 5 star hotel with a fantastic staff. Everybody is friendly and very welcoming. The place is pet friendly, they treated my dogs equal guests. We haven't had the chance of trying the restaurants for dinner. But the lunch selection was great and service is also five star so as the wine and champagne selection. It is true that the place has sides where it needs improvement. Housekeeping need some improvement. Also bare in mind that rooms are extremely small. We had a junior suite which was tinier then an average standard 5star hotel room. Bed is a small double bed in the room which may be uncomfortable if you are not a couple.

We have stayed at Le Bastide for many years. It’s very well located and good value. Excellent service and staff. The pool is perfect.

Arogent staff

Originally booked one night . It was when we decided to stay a second night as we’re exhausted at end of our trip that service standards fell . No drinking water in the room on second day. no new bath materials , no shuttle service to beach , replacement towels only on asking. For an expensive stay, the quality of service was disappointing.

We were amazed with this quaint hotel with such wonderful warm hospitality. Beautiful coziest room with its lovely outdoor furniture on the balcony. L’Olivier Restaurant: Food was artistic created by the wonderful chef and scrumptiously delicious! We will go back again next year!

Place is beautiful, a bit far from the beach but really nice anyway

We had a great stay. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The food was wonderful.

Check in was very quick and efficient. We were shown to our room by reception and there is on site parking, which is very handy. Only a short walk, about 10 minutes, into the centre of Saint Tropez. We didn’t use the pool or eat in the restaurant but both looked lovely. Very nice property.

Well appointed room with occitane extras and generous bottles of Evian. Bistro had great service, wine list and excellent dinner. Less sure about the breakfast both in terms of service, choice and overall delivery for what it costs. Plus dreadful smell of cooking whilst trying to enjoy a refreshing breakfast. Given the time of year they could have done more in keeping with the festive season!!

Well located for the the town centre and amenities. For those who didn’t fancy the down hill stroll the hotel laid on a car to take you into town. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great property. Nicely designed for both space and privacy. The staff is great and friendly. We really enjoyed our time there and hope to return again.

Changing Room 3 times room during a 5 days stay ! Booked on Expedia, they don’t have the same room available for all my stay !

Lovely cosy hotel! On late arrival we were offered a midnight snack and glass of wine by the fireplace - perfect!

Staff were lovely and polite, but there were not enough of them. They were stretched, esp. at breakfast. Very difficult to get served the first time, forget about a second cup of coffee. Also, had to wait over 1 hour to get our luggage as the one porter had to do double duty running the shuttle into town. Unfortunately, after arriving after a long journey, and waiting such a long time for our luggage, we were informed the hotel could not accomodate us for supper as they were fully booked and didn't hold back tables for their own guests. This was a very unpleasant surprise. Cleaning staff mistakenly took two of my daughter's stuffed toy bunnies and sent them to the laundry with the dirty sheets. Got them back the next day after a very extensive search. Distressing for my daughter, of course.

You can't walk anywhere! Rooms are cute & bed is comfortable. There is no coffee machine in the room! It's a very quiet hotel if you are looking to be away from the seen & relax ! There is a charge for everything !

La Bastide de Saint Tropez was true perfection. They generously upgraded our room because it was our wedding anniversary. When we arrived to the gorgeous room, there were delicious snacks and wine waiting for us. The staff was very nice and helpful when I emailed them in advance asking them to make dinner reservations for us. The restaurant at the hotel was one of the most beautiful restaurants I have been to and the food was amazing. The hotel was also walking distance to the port which made everything very accessible to us. An amazing place overall. If you want to splurge, this is the place to do it.
