Everything was excellent except wifi. The wifi stopped working in the morning. There is no cell phone signal in town for Tmobile costumers so the only way to communicate was by connecting wifi.

Mattress wasn't great. My showers were just luke warm water. The pool area was closed. We like to enjoy the hot tub after hiking so that was disappointing.

The only reason I’m not giving a 1 was because the bed/pillow was comfortable. The WiFi kept goin out or having us reconnect every so often. The fireplace didn’t work at first but eventually someone came up to fix it. Then the hot tub was extremely loud when it was working but it turned off after just a few minutes and would not turn back on until we eventually gave up on it, dried off and layed down then it turned on on its own out of nowhere making loud noises again. Also on our first day the power went out for a while. All in all I do not plan on returning to this hotel.

Everything was great except for the bed. The bed was horrible! You could feel the springs & the mattress was larger then the bed frame.

It was a very spacious room with a great location and parking wasn't bad. I loved how our room led into a hallway, not directly outside. I also loved the free breakfast. The bathroom lights weren't able to turn off, the floor was pretty dirty, not in terms of stains but overall dirt, and the hallway light had a problem staying on. The bathtub also had a DIY looking fix on it pertaining the tub itself.

We booked the hotel closest to Sequoia Natl Park that’s available when we decide on the trip, which was late. This hotel is pet friendly, 6 miles to the south entrance to Sequoia NP. It is an ok hotel for me who is a little bit a hotel diva. It was clean. Staff was not the most friendly but got the job done. The price is high but all the nicer hotels in the area and inside the park are all expensive.

Close to Sequoia National Park, Comfortable beds, clean, loud fan in bathroom and noisy AC. Breakfast was ok but not enough seating for hotel of this size. Frequently not anywhere to sit, lots of large groups. Had to sit out by pool one morning to eat.

Great pool and hot tub! Family friendly, yet also let you have a few beers at the pool. For the location a few minutes outside Sequoia national Park it was great!

The ONLY negative was the sheets were a synthetic fiber of some sort. I inquired about cotton, or blend, but none were available. Those loving satin or silk will be pleased. not me. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Room we were given was not clean. The tub had a big gray stain on the bottom and restroom fan did not work.

Property is clean and neat. Convenient location and a short drive to Sequioa National Park entrance. From motel It is a 2-1/2 hour drive to Boyden Cavern - totally worth it! Kudos to April and Jarred at front desk that processed our check in/out reservations. Also thank you to Alejandra in Housekeeping for the excellent clean rooms ans providing fresh towels when needed. Request extra towels in morning and on arrival if in need. Front desk staff were knowledgeable about sites to see and restaurants to enjoy! Thank you!

The place is a bit old fashioned and could be renovated a bit. I think price quality is not in good balance as the hotel night was quite expensive.
However it is quite close to the entrance of the Seqouia National Park entrance

The hotel is located with a beautiful view over the montains. The breakfast was very good, but there were not enough tables/chair for the number of customers. There were 2 waffle maker (waffles were delicious!!!), but they were requirering to take 1 plastic glass for every waffle. Pool was very nice with many games around it. I would recommend!

This hotel leaves a lot to be desired. They made us wait until exactly 4 to check in because of someone having to check the room. The room had spider webs and dirt in the bathroom. The view was a junky building. It was nasty, won’t stay there again

The rooms were dirty the room had visible wear the door did open easily had to be forced cobwebs in the hallway and the stairways the place just looks old and not cared for and the way breakfast is laid out could be much better with just a little effort if it wasn't for the fact that it was so close to Sequoia I would have left early

The room was generally clean, but the facilities in general are old and very worn. The property could use some reinvestment with updating. No A/C in the breakfast room where the temp was over 90. Unfortunately there is not much choice in accommodations near the park.

The staff were phenomenal. We ended up checking out a day early because of so many ants showing up all over the room. There are very limited dining options in the area so it was nice to have the microwave in the room.

Overall stay was ok but priced extra $100 per night, but still served like a two star hotel.
