No problems. No complaints. Just a Hampton Inn in the middle of Indiana. Exactly what we expected. Nothing more nothing less.

Our stay was great! We took our 4 kids on an overnight trip and couldn't have asked for a better room, or service. The pool and beds could use an update, but no complaints, everyone had fun.

Everything was excellent. My only complaint was for some reason for breakfast they did not have any kind of juice except cranberry mixed with Kiwi. I'm not a coffee drinker and I did look forward to some orange juice. A guest said she had been there for 4 days and there's always a sign on the machine for juice that says out of order. Do they need a new machine? Breakfast choices were excellent. Just needed some kind of juice and Cranberry mixed with Kiwi was not that great.

The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. The rest of the staff was wonderful but the manager made my stay horrible. She said loud enough for everyone to hear my card was declined due to insufficient funds. It was actually her mistake she ran the wrong card. I only stay at the Hampton, but if she’s there I’d rather sleep in my car than deal with her again.

Was not greeted.. Had a trainer and trainee at the front desk.. trainer left the trainee to figure it out in his own.. it was not good.

Every single staff person was friendly, helpful, accomodating.
The 2 queen suite was large and even stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and silverware.
Free breakfast buffet was beyond regular hotel breakfast; eggs, meats, and fried potatoes, along with all the regular fare.
Just a great weekend !!!

The night shift worker came knocking on our rooms late at night threatening to put us out over noise but we all was laying down watching tv. The way she came across was rude and unprofessional

We always stay at Hampton Inns because of their reputation of friendliness, cleanliness, breakfast choices, convenient locations and great rates. The Kokomo, Ind. location is becoming dated and needs some updating. The only complaint we did have was the lady working in the breakfast area. We experienced short tort responses to our questions. We also observed her doing the same to other guests.

I will never use Expedia again. The Hampton Inn was fine. The room was fine. But the only rooms available through Expedia were adjacent to the elevators and across the hall from the ice machines! Very noisy all night long. The elevator shaft was literally on an adjoining wall. The noise and VIBRATION occurred every time anyone used the elevator. The Hampton Inn staff tried their best to make me happy, but I found out the hard way the only rooms available through Expedia were the least-desirable in the whole hotel. As the staff member told me "the only rooms we allow Expedia to book are ones we wouldn't be able to book otherwise." Since Expedia is third party in this transaction, the staff couldn't even upgrade me to a nicer room. As I said ... NEVER will I use Expedia again.
