Property was really run down and service was slow to nonexistent

Property is in need of repairs. Window Screen laying on yard out front, smoking allowed right by entrance, move it out to grass area in parking lot, pool tables chair rusty and broken, vent in pool area damaged, hot tub jets not working and water was not even warm, 2 towels in rm where 4 could sleep, bedding dated. Breakfast was good. Late night staff at front was very nice, however staff when we checked in was short and made us assume hottub worked.

The parking lot was very full of pot holes. The weeds were over taking the landscaping The room was clean and it was nixe to be able to take our dog. The breakfast ran out before the 9 time so another guest went and asked for more food at 825. Did not have any gluten free options for the family member with celiac. We did try the cherrios had to be dumbed they were so very stale

The hot water was not hot. The room had a smell to it. Did not have a fresh clean smell. The floor was dirty and dusty. TV'S need to be upgraded to HD. Would not be my first choice to stay at again. Hotel rundown looking.

Poor communication between Hotels.com and Quality Inn. Reception told me I booked 2 queen beds while my itinerary clearly said accessible king. She was able to give me room I was asking for but the mattress still sucked. Breakfast was better than expected. Eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal...

It was in a great location and quiet and affordable

No toilet paper holder, roll just sat on the sink. No plug for the sink. Only one sheer curtain, right sude was missing. Rooms need some help!

Facility was old. Upgrades had been attempted, but they were executed terribly. Room was filthy, sheets and towels were stained yellow, and furiture was filthy and in disrepair.

Not well maintained. Seems over priced for the condition.

We checked in at 11:00 p.m. and as soon as we got into the room we noticed an odd smell. We walked back to the area where the bed was and the lights did not work on the switch. Finally got the lights on and pulled back the blankets to find sheets covered in hair and were visibly dirty. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and bugs in the tub. We were offered a different room, which had an even worse odor and more bugs in the sink. I check the bed and same story, hairy dirty sheets. We did not stay and ended up having to find a different hotel.

Really wish we knew it had a pool and sauna. It wasn’t listed anywhere in the description or in the pictures.

I was so disappointed and very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of my room. Floor was not clean. There was mold all over my shower curtain. The tub was dirty. Looked like blood splatter on a wall. I don’t even want to imagine what was on the phone. I would not recommend this location

Offered breakfast but we’re out of food and the beds are like bricks.

Pool area was dirty. Hot tub wouldnt turn on. Fire alarm went off at 6 am

Bugs in the bed, missing smoke detector with wires hanging from the ceiling, weird stains on the couch and chairs. Worst part was the plumbing in the toilet. When you flush the water through the pipe refilling the tank whine so loud you can hear it from the hallway and it doesn't stop even after the tank is full until about 20 minutes later. Room 234 was not great at all

This hotel is in need of alot of mechanical work and cleaning. We had to move 3 times before an acceptable room was chosen. The first room, the ceiling lights would not work. The second room was missing the refrigerator from the cabinet. In our third room, there was a used soap bar left in the tub with hair on it and used shampoo bottles placed next to the sink area. The toilet had a noticeable dirty water ring in it. One of the table lamps didnt have a bulb. The floors near the rear entrance door was not cleaned for the entire time we were there. This is not up yo the Quality Inn standard.

The room was not cleaned, crumbled cookies on the desk, dirty counters, hair in the tub, dog hair on the sheets and on the mattress. The room next to mine was never cleaned so mine was obviously the last one before the end of the day! Too bad because I’m a really good tipper if it’s clean!!!!

We’ve stayed many, many places and this was one of the worst. Leaking and dirty bathtub, missing toilet roll holder, dirty sink, dirty floors, broken a/c grill, what appears to be blood stain on the curtains. 2 separate light bulbs not working (end table and bathroom), furniture outdated and damaged. DISH network with no DISH access, coffee pot and microwave covered in dust, freezer looks to be nearly covered in ice (not defrosted in who knows how long). I have never been in a room with so many issues. This was one of those stays where we were simply there to catch some sleep after a long day of events in the area. Will never reserve this hotel again. (Other rooms viewable from parking lot had broken screen windows, holes/torn curtains, from porch area of hotel entrance just throw together with furniture. Honestly give this place a 1/10, and only gave it a one because it was right across the street from a restaurant, if not for that, this place deserves a 0. Hotel check in staff were polite and friendly, but it was pretty much too little to make up for much of anything else. We were told at 2:00 PM that our room was still being cleaned and would be ready by 3:00. At 3:00, when room was ready, one could tell there was only bed made and towels replaced, other than that, nothing was cleaned. This place is/was a s*** show. Stay far away from this hotel. Nothing “Quality” about it.

My stay was everything I expected

Areas under renovation, very strong glue smell. Housekeeping appeared to take too many shortcuts in cleaning. Basically unmade bed remade, hair in sink, dirty mirrors, no towels. Took me 3 rooms to get one that was almost coean

The floors were dirty, needed vacuumed and mopped. The shower curtain was torn and stained. The bath was worn and stained . Not enough bath towels and wash clothes. No hand towels even after requesting towels. Towel rack in bathroom was coming out of the wall. Only one trash can in a 3 room suite. Had to empty our own trash, were there for 3 days and had no housekeeping. No night light anywhere in the room. No safety bar in tub. Dirty guest service book, crumbs all over it and in it.

Our room had broken doors, parts on the floor in doorway of bathroom, lights that didn't work, chipping paint, refrigerator would work then not work. Asked for two more towels as they don't housekeep everyday staff said would bring them down when done drying and they never did. Not worth the $200 I paid will never recommend or stay there again I should get my money back. That was a king suite and it was awful!!

Dirty rooms and tv doesn't work

Employees on the very rough side. Condition of the furniture and construction quality is very low. The pool apparently hasn't worked for a long time but they still advertise it. Would rather have gone to a nice motel that charges less but at least has what they advertise.
