Staff is great, very patient to solve my wrong booking date issue. Breakfast is awesome--plenty selection. Room is comfortable.

The staff was excellent they were concerned with my Well-being, friendly, nice, and helpful. While, I was checking out. Karter was extra nice and I wanted to be noted. On my return to the Thomasville area, I will book at this location again. Again, please thank staff for all of their generosity and kindness.

This hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. I enjoyed the free breakfast. I had my dog with me. I appreciated the grassy areas with poop bags.

I had a great stay at Hampton. It was clean and quite close to stores and restaraunt.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Loved the bed and linens. Breakfast was very nice—unique and tasty options. My only complaint was that folks around the hallways were quite noisy and seemed unaware that they were not the only guests.

The room was very nice, the bed was extremely comfortable. Our only frustration was with operating the tv via the remote.

We had a great time. Parking can be tricky and getting out of the parking lot at certain times of the day can be a challenge. The staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was great.

Overall an excellent choice. My only complaint was the sort of odd smell in the room. Not sure what was causing it but it didn’t bother us enough to ask to move. Staff extremely friendly

Check in was fast/easy. Desk attendant very helpful when i had questions. Room was quiet, clean, and bathroom very clean.

Area was great due to close to downtown, restaurant options and shopping. With that being said, on the back side is a gas station, and on the right side is a sketchy hotel, eyesore. I felt safe in the area, but there are characters walking around, just be alert.

I checked in my initial room to get some rest and something kept biting me in the bed. I got up and there was bedbugs biting the blood out of my. I immediately reported it to the guy at the front desk. I had to get a room at a different hotel for Friday and Saturday night.

Nice hotel situated well. Needs a little update however overall good and comfortable. Staff was amazing. Surrounding property a little sketchy but I guess that can be anywhere.

Someone tried to break into my room from an adjoining room. I immediately called the front desk. She called me back within a few minutes and said no one was there. It was evident she didn't believe me.
Won't be staying here again. It used to be my favorite place to stay in Thomasville.

The workers were super friendly but that’s really the only good thing I could say about the hotel. The room smelled, the toilet seat needed to be replaced, the bathroom had hair everywhere, and the ac unit made an awful sound. We only stay at Hampton Inn’s but we won’t be staying at this one again.

The hotel was nice and clean but I find it absolutely ridiculous that they made me pay 50 dollars for having a pet adter renting a roo.

This was a very clean hotel with an extremely friendly staff. We had 20+ of us there for a wedding and they bent over backwards to make sure we were all comfortable.
