Someone stole all the tools out of my truck. I wouldn't stay here unless you can secure all of your belongings. Had over 2500 in tools and equipment stolen.

A man kept driving by taking photos of doors and then late at night a man knocked repeatedly on the door trying to get in looking. For Caroline. It felt unsafe and. Not good after dark

My room was clean throughout, including the rugless floors. Everything worked. I really like parking right outside the door, making it easy to move my stuff in and out. When I needed to extend the stay, I could do it for less on Hotels.com than at the Fairway Inn Office. The woman at the desk was super helpful in extending the stay with issuing new "keys" and without changing rooms.

The room was comfortable and the grounds were very nice. Beautiful pool with a waterfall. Close to restaurants. Just a really nice place and stay.

We have stayed her for the last 6 years every year. The property is always clean. The staff is polite and accommodating. Room now cleaned every day. The shower water pressure in the shower could use a tune up. Hot water was good but to get hot water with pressure was a struggle. They said they would check into it. We will be back for our next trip.

while booking online the website advertised a continental breakfast but when we got there the hotel had crossed it off of their info sheet they gave us and told us they don't do breakfast. the wifi was also super slow to the point that it just wasn't available. not a bad hotel (it was clean) but it didn't offer what was advertised so really not worth the price.

Friendly attendant, quiet and clean. Bed was firm. Wall mounted AC is a little loud, typical. Had trouble with the electronic door lock even after replacing keys.

Moldy smell that was terrible. They moved us to another room, and it had a moldy smell in the bathroom that was just as bad. Horrible night sleep, kept the front door open half the time we where there just to survive. The people were nice enough, but I wouldn't stay there again until the problem was solved.
It's an older property, and I would have been happy with my stay if not for the moldy smell in the rooms.

2) It is over 1 hr drive from MIA airport.

First when we arrive the hotel page said that they had breakfast and when we arrive they did not have breakfast which seemed like a deception to us, we stayed in room 219 and the air-conditioning did not cool it was very hot the next day they moved us to 218 the floor was very dirty whith sand the towels were dirty whith caltrops we were really disappointed whith the hotel nothing to do with how it is described on the page it is all a deception.

Many rooms smell strongly of mold and one had a leaky toilet (we checked a few to find an ok one).

We enjoyed this hotel. The bed was comfortable, room was really clean. There are sections of this hotel. We were in building 8 and it seemed like we were the only ones here. Upstairs someone’s alarm clock or a fire alarm was going off the entire time but our air conditioning unit drowned it out and we didn’t hear it haha. Great hotel for the price. Was safe feeling. The staff lady was really nice and helped me with my key card. We really enjoyed our stay.
