I stayed for two weeks. The service was terrific. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The woman who cared for breakfast Monday through Friday was efficient, charming, and helpful. She works hard and deserves a raise. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Elevators were out so fortunate that we were able to get a first floor room. Breakfast was consistent and reliable if not a little boring as the same options each day. Room was adequate but had to ask for towels for everyone in our party and for the room to be cleaned since we kept getting skipped.

The elevator wasn't working. I was informed when I got there by a small sign at the register. The hotel was not even near capacity but I was given a room on the third floor. Unbelievable!

The elevators didn't work and a latch on the shower head was broken. The front desk clerk was great. Breakfast was good.

Elevators were out of service and staff was moderately accommodating. Room was on 3rd floor. Wet floors in our room due to ice forming on air conditioner, hence a musty smell in the room. We will not stay there again. Rates were inflated because it was parents weekend at the university of Arkansas. $400 per night. Yes you read that correctly. They offered a 10% refund, but since I booked through hotels.com, I am not sure how/if I will see that money.

No blow dryer in the room and after reported it I still didn’t get one. They never cleaned the room while I was there even though I requested it. The staff had no clue of what was going on . You couldn’t call the front desk because the phone wasn’t working. If they charge full price each night I should get my room cleaned or a reduction in nightly stay.

Always liked staying here when it was the Fairfield Inn years ago. They used to decorate fro Hog football weekends. The La Quinta is nice as well. Unfortunately the elevators were not working.

Very disappointed in my stay here. Hotel smelled moldy, bedding and linens were stained, elevator was out, 2nd floor smelled of marijuana…just an overall poor experience.

When we arrived we were told the elevator wasn’t working so we had to use the stairs. Not too bad since we didn’t have too much to carry but still an inconvenience and no one was even working on having it repaired. We booked a room that said it could sleep 5 but then they said they don’t have any rooms like that. The curtains in our room were ripped to shreds, not sure why they weren’t replaced. The bottom of the walls in the bathroom seemed to have wet drywall and mold growing. The corners of the bathroom were not very clean either.

There were ants in the bathroom. Not one or two, but so many they were all over the toilet seat, in the toilet, on the out side and on the floor. When we called about it the man at the front desk said yes we have an ant problem. The elevator was broken and the manger, general manger never returned our call. So disappointed in this hotel. We have stayed at many other la Quinta's and loved them and never had this problem. We go to Arkansas quit a bit we will never stay there again and I will not let friends stay there either.

Staff and service were friendly; area was nice. Shower didn’t work properly and constantly dripped, elevator was out of service the entire weekend, missing paneling on the tv stand. Rooms and public areas seemed to be clean.

This place was friendly and attentive from the time we arrived. The front desk young lady was super friendly. Had a minor issue when we went to the room and she addressed it right then, even though she had already clocked out at this point and was waiting on her ride. The manager (or owner, not sure) was very observant and was always right there to answer any questions. In fact, on the last day of our trip, I was in the dinning area doing some work and he noticed I was having trouble with something. He asked me later in the day if everything was ok and wanted to make sure my wifi connection was ok. I explained the wifi was fine and I was having a different issue. point being he was concerned about the comfort of his guests. Cannot ask for more than that. Will stay there again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t what I’m use to at home but it got the soap off. Breakfast was delicious. I didn’t realize that it started at 7am on the weekend and we had to be at our event by 645 so we only got breakfast on Friday. Overall it was a nice hotel.

I really liked this hotel. It is modern and very pretty. There’s a nice smell when you enter the lobby. Of course, I always look for smoke free hotels and this one is. The room was arranged very well. It was clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely book again!

Stayed one night on a business trip, asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room right next to the elevator, probably one of the loudest rooms in the hotel. Thanks a lot.
Overall it was clean and in OK condition. One of the lamps was flickering. Note that the shower is really weird - you have to pull down the ring on the faucet to get the showerhead to spray water.
Employees were not at the front desk all the time which was weird, so you have to wait for them to come back sometimes. Not a huge deal but not the best service.

The man that checked me in was very kind and respectful. This hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was hot and great variety. I was here for a funeral and this place lifted some of our burdens. Thank you!!!
