Everything was excellent

For the price, it was excellent. I needed to stay overnight close to the “Unto These Hill” drama since it ends at 10 pm. This was the least expensive option with a comfortable bed, hot shower, and quick breakfast. More than what I needed!

My room had a broken security past us pastchain for the door and a slow draining sink The room and property were very clean and quiet. We were leaving check in - a large deer and it's baby walked past us 6 feet away! 😍

Easy check in. Staff were very friendly. Room was extremely nice and clean. I would stay again and would recommend to anyone.

this was the most well kept motel i have stayed in long long time everything was spotles very friendly folks the best taught us how to make waffles they were so delicious

Stay was good. However breakfast on second day lacked yogurt and fruit bars offered on the first day. In fairness, I didn’t ask them to see if there were more. Breakfast was pretty basic (no protein) but did have waffle machine.

The staff was wonderful. I couldn't believe how clean the entire property is. When we had any questions, we received courteous responses. When the AC unit wasn't putting out cold enough air, the manager came personally to check it. Within an hour we had a NEW unit installed in our toom. Will definitely be back.

Interesting place. One of the better options outside the casino. Our room started to smell like a kitchen was cooking all night long. Onions, Garlic etc.. from 2AM to exactly 7AM. Front desk couldn't assist. Dont Think I will ever be staying here again.

The check in process was very easy and fast. However, I did request a 1st level room when booking the hotel online. Even though I know and understand it’s ONLY a “request” we were booked for the 2nd floor with no way of changing it to a 1st level room.

Great place to stay if you're visiting Cherokee NC. Clean, quiet and very convenient to everything!! Friendly staff and breakfast is included. I always stay here when I visit.

It's a terrible place. Nothing is working

First I would like to say thank you on the great customer service and communication. Our plans changed very last minute and I needed a hotel in a few hours. We were 5 hrs away. I booked but had very limited cell service. The hotel attempted to call me Serval times to make arrangements for a late check in. When I got service again he was very friendly gave me great instructions what to do for late check in. I arrived at 11:30pm and the rep was super friendly and prompt to check us in. Once we entered the room it was really hot! The ac had been completely turned off.. I get saving electric but at least set it to something half comfortable. We turned that baby on and took showers. It took about an hour and half to cool off. Room was very clean bed was very comfortable. They had breakfast which I didn’t see listed but we decided to sleep instead of eat. We would definitely stay again I just wish they would cool the room down a little before arrival.

Have stayed there several years in a row. It is clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast has improved.

My sisters and I stayed 3 nights at Bay Mountain in Cherokee. Our rooms were very nice, comfortable, and clean. We were very pleased with the rooms and the price.

All was very nice, but the cooling of air in the room could have been better. The tub backed up with water when showering too. Still give it 8 out of 10.

They were very accommodating, I got there early and they let me check in early! The room was very clean and close to everything! Extremely clean!

It was close to everything I wanted to see. But the sink and drain were not very good. Slow to empty.
