Definitely no 4 star Hotel! Is an old hotel with price of a new one... They should install some perfume sprays in the building to refresh that strange smell... Breakfast was good and the service too. There are better alternatives around, for the same price...

Food and service great. The free yoga class saturday was excellent

I tried to contact you to cancel the stay because I apparently did not wear the right type of mask required by the state nor did I have the right paperwork - only my passport and a valid PCR test. I asked if they could cancel there but no. I had no idea that there was a problem until I stood at the reception with the result that I had to drive for 14 hours to get home. Not fun

Slept well, quiet even thou my window faced rhe autobahn. Pool needed more cleaning, the water was not so clear.

Did not make use of the health/spa facilities Clean German Efficiency for the rest I found the bed small and short but comfortable. Truly a single bed. Often hotels avail queen size beds for single travellers, easy to grow accustomed to The schnitzel was good

The hotel has good rooms, friendly personnel and great facilities. The condition of some building parts are outdated, which does not influence the overall very good experience.

Fantastic Spa, clean rooms. Great breakfast with all you can wish. Very friendly and helpful staff !

Nice clean hotel with great fitness facilities. Breakfast nice as well. Outside of town, but fine if you just want to stay in the hotel. Sound proofing is not good, due to a party in the hotel lots of noise in the corridors and outside.

Large, comfortable room with nice decor and comfy bed. Quiet and spacious. Very nice bathroom/shower spa like! Restaurant was exceptional in an outstandingly positive and charming way, one of the best I've experienced on all levels, (and I travel alot!) made me feel so comfortable when dining alone. Good, accessable parking. Did unfortunately not have time for spa, although great opening hours! Note; sauna area is 'textilfrei' ie no bikini!! Pool with bikini ;-) Only minus for this hotel; no minibar, not even for soft drinks. realized when I'f walked all the way back to room. Robes are not in room, if you use pool, you have to collect robe first in spa area. Minor things, but good to know.. Dinner buffe was very nice, high quality and variety. esp deserts!!;-) minus on pricy wines for just a glass..:(

Hotel and rooms are OK. The ‘Exclusive’ rooms are much nicer than the regular rooms and worth the upgrade.Fitness facilities are super. Staff a little bit slow and grumpy, particularly at breakfast.

The room is very outdated and the pictures in the hotel website paint a far more luxurious picture than the rooms in real life. The restaurant was expensive for the quality food the spa it very good one of the best that I have been in for a while but all in all the extravagance of the hotel is not matched by the rooms but a nice stay.
