Went for a high school mtn bike race. Very close to Soldier Hollow. Great breakfast and environment

Very nice property!

The room was nicely updated and very clean, but was dark and needs more light. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast included more than I expected, it was very good. The location can be difficult to get in and out of due to the high volume of traffic. Overall the hotel was very satisfactory and I would stay there again.

Recent construction means sleek modern finishes and all the conveniences you expect in this price range. The A/C was very quiet and effective, AND the window actually opens for some unprocessed ventilation. Very comfortable.

Loved the food trucks within walking distance. There was quite a bit of traffic noise.

Everything was aweaome was only there for a few hours. Graveyard gentleman was very nice and warming he asked me what brought me in and i told him and the heart warm compassion he had was amazing! Property was really nice the parking lot could use fresh parking lines lol have to complain about something due to it being so nice.

The bed was comfortable. That’s a very important thing. It was clean. That’s another very important.

The remote for the tv didn’t work, had wires hanging out of the a/c and you could hear guest in the hall. Felt like the door didn’t really close enough to keep the sound out.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The parking lot was tight and small, but sufficient.

Breakfast was good, more options than normal continental breakfasts. Room was clean, easy access in and out of the hotel and they have a food truck court within the same parking lot as the hotel.

I called to tell them my son was checking in early in the morning, as he was driving from ND. At 4am they greeted him at the door and had his key right ready for him. Excellent service!

The guy at check in was nice. It looked clean in the lobby. The bathroom counter and sink had definitely not been wiped down or cleaned before we got there. The air conditioner made a horrible loud noise for the first 2 minutes it would run then return to tolerable sound but the fan wouldn't stay running so it continued as the temp changed on average every 30-40 minutes. The mattresses were ok but uncomfortable and the pillows went so flat we used our sweatshirts for pillows along with the pillows but were still uncomfortable.

Staying here in the interim while waiting for a home to be ready for move in. The staff and everyone we have dealt with have been more than gracious and helpful with any of our needs. Highly recommend!

My first night the room above me was extremely loud for hours. The road noise was loud and twice sirens from police and ambulance drove through the busy intersection the property is located on. I may have had an unusual experience but my stay was not good. I tried calling guest services 3 separate times about the room above me and each call went unanswered because the room phone didn't connect to the front desk. There was a busy signal. In the morning the breakfast attendant rudely asked my group if we were staying another night, which felt unwelcoming. When I bought a snack at the front desk I asked the person working where the nearest coffee shop was and they just said they don't drink coffee. I was surprised at the general lack of hospitality for my stay.

While everyone was nice at the property, there were several points of failure with systems in place, communications, and employee empowerment. We arrived at 5pm and were checked into a VD room. The desk told us multiple times they were sold out, but for some reason wouldn’t check us into a different VC room, but instead asked us to wait while the room was cleaned. That took almost 2 hours, which is 4 times more than it should for a QNQN room. We were offered only snacks and to be in the room while she cleaned it. They then seemed to lose track of time and wouldn’t communicate with her due to a language barrier, and so we had to ask twice strong 7pm, if we could get in. We were assured management would know and reach out to us on Monday. That never happened. I do expect the hotel to make up for it with an IHG gift card, because this was a ridiculous situation. I worked in hotels for 8 years and there’s multiple different ways this could have been handled.
