You would think after paying $210 a night that the shower door would shut, that the shower fan would work, that the air conditioner fan would not be noisy. That you would not have to wait for breakfast 10 minutes after they ran out. And it even was not a good breakfast. I travel to St. Joe a lot, but will never stay here again.

Very clean and friendly staff

We had difficulty getting the shower to work (it was an unusual method to get water from the shower head) and there was no stopper for the tub. We asked the attendant at the front desk for a tub stopper; when he did not respond after an hour my husband went to ask again. He finally came to the room with the tub stopper and was also flummoxed about the shower, claimed there must have been some maintenance on it; we could not be moved to another room as the hotel was full and he would not give us a discount as we had booked through hotels.com rather than directly with the hotel. In the morning housekeeping came and showed us how to work the shower and also left us some treats. Overall housekeeping was FANTASTIC but the front desk was not very helpful. Pool was too cold and hot tub was too hot. Breakfast was good.

This property needs some serious work. The room carpet I don’t think have ever been cleaned. Old tired furniture repair work through out the property needs to be done.

The carpet seemed sticky underfoot and the mattresses needed to be turned and perhaps flipped over.

The breakfast was better than most. Enjoyed the biscuits and sausage gravy. The window in our room was not completely closed. It appeared to be jammed and crooked. One side was not completely down.. It was a windy & stormy night and could hear air whistling through the window.

Walls are pretty thin. Could hear next room cussing out children

Great location right off Hwy 29, excellent staff, easy check-in. Needs some routine maintenance, fan in bathroom didn’t work and the shower drain didn’t work.

Came down for a concert in Bonner Springs, KS. View wasn't the best, but that was no issue as I wasn't looking for that in my room. Overall great

The pool was down bc of chemi cals for days they said, then our toilet would nt flush the chain was broke so they offered us gloves to fix it ourself bc they did nt have maintenance. Then gave us a new room only 1 of all outlets had power and charged a device.

Mason was very nice checking us in. He texted us right when we got in our room to ask us how everything was. The pool and hot tub was nice. The jets did not work. The only thing I would say that was it smelled kinda weird in hallways.

While the hotel was dated, the beds were very comfortable and the staff at check in were wonderful.

This shouldn't be in the Hamptonn Inn Family. It was filthy, our bathroom was ant infested, the furnace wouldn't shut off, the bed was horrible to sleep on. Don't stay here.

This hotel is very outdated, by far the oldest Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. Renovation or tear down is needed.

It smelled. It's a older building. Not what I expected.

The service was supreme, both at check-in and at breakfast. The breakfast was way better than expected with well cooked scrambled eggs and well cooked sausage. plus all the other normal things, but better than normal condition. The hotel isn't the most comfortable and the furniture while clean wasn't in perfect shape. A easy chair to sit in for guests would be welcome - not a ladder back chair like you eat at a dinner table.

When we first checked in to our hotel room the lock was broken on the door, we got switched to another room just to find out that there was leftover Applebees food containers. And to top it off when we were outside some guy who was traveling for work said, hey I would move your truck because there isn’t cameras where you’re parked and I know this cause mine got broken into and they stole a lot of my tools and equipment.

It was close to the Missouri Theater where we attended a concert. This is an older property, but work to upgrade it shows. Parking was a little crowded especially coming back from the theater late.
