The hotel is adequate for a nights stay.
The location is good for the old part of Logrño
The rooms are clean but the noise coming from above, outside inside the hallway, other people’s flushing toilets is really unacceptable.

Overall a good quality hotel in a great location. Large and clean room, well served by the cleaning staff. However the attitude of the reception staff was at best surly and not the most helpful.

Our stay at Mercure Carlton Rioja was okay. The air-conditioner was not working the first day/night. It was VERY uncomfortable! We had to open and keep the windows open the whole night just to try to stay comfortable. They fixed it the following day so the other 2 nights/days we stayed there were fine. Hotel needs some updating especially the reception area and the hallways.

Very nice hotel, convenient to restaurants and shopping. The parking ramp is pretty tight and you have to be very careful driving down or up the ramp otherwise you will scrape the sides of your car.

The worst part of this hotel was finding a parking spot. I circled around for 20 minutes before parking 3/4 mile away. Once you are there it is fine. It is a 5 minute walk to the main attractions of the city. Hotel is clean and staff friendly.

This is my second visit!! I stayed in August on my way home and enjoyed my stay so I decided to stay this time. The hotel is superb the staff are very helpful nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are modern clean with products and mini bar with reasonable drinks. It is in a perfect position for visiting the square and wine bars and restaurants.
