Check in was easy. By the next morning after my first night, I woke up with bites all over my body and bugs on my pillow. I informed the hotel, they have bedbugs. The gentleman at the front told me that he would let the manager know, but there was nothing that could be done about it. I called the next day to inform the manager, to make sure he knew the manager left at me and said that he knew they were bedbugs, but they weren’t going to do anything about it because you can’t see them. I called knights inn customer service and they also said that there was nothing that could be done about it. So don’t stay here they have bedbugs and know about it.

It’s was terrible I got bit by bed bugs. My husband woke up to a bed bug crawling on his pillow. Because they assured us that they have pets pest control, which is a lie I have videos and pictures of my bite marks and the dirty room I went to urgent care to make sure that they are bad blades as I thought they were and they confirmed that they are. I will be taking that back now. Do not stay there.

This place is really dated and the rooms are not as described . The bedding was semi clean but the mattress had warps and you it felt like it was10 years old. I was there for about 2 hours and I couldn’t get comfortable so I just checked out.

Again as always staff and management are always friendly and quick to get your room. I always recommend this facility for price and convenience.

the shower head was spraying out the top of the shower and the whole bathroom and outside of it was soaked, leaving my bag of clothes wet as well.
i walked around for 10 minutes and my feet were black. very unclean
