We stayed for 4 nights. Everything was fine except we were disappointed we didn't have clean towels and trash removal every day. We ask at the desk, and they did take care of things for us. We have to travel back and forth once a month. We had stayed at Country Inn & Suites several times and will stay again.

Everything was great except had to
call because neither remote was working. I called and the young man changed the batteries. Rhe room smelled like marijuana, i hate that smell. So I sprayed lysol that i had and sort of worked. it was mostly in the entrance room. Good thing. The thermostat was difficult to start since it was cold, it had a mind of its own. Everything else was good.

Wasn't pleasant. Electric went out while heading to the workout room and couldn't get into my room for hrs. After maybe 3hrs we got back in but the tv wasn't operating. No compensation or discount was offered to us after talking with the manager. Beware of this place.

Room was a little small. Hotel backs up to I69 and it was very noisy at night. Breakfast was below par. Would have second thoughts about staying there again.

Not so good. First night terrible room. Stains on furniture, walls were stained and dirty. The next night we requested a new room. It was better, but lights were burnt out and the coat rack was hanging off the wall. So we tried a third room. It was a little better, but we still had to cover the chair in a sheet cause it was so stained. The only positive part of our stay was the breakfast attendant. He was friendly and always willing to help. He even tried to help when no one was at the front desk, which happened three times. This hotel needs better management.

Everything was great. I recommend changing the filters in the heating and cooling unit. I turned on the heat and it blew out dust and a disgusting smell for a while

We stayed with our family one night. The room was dark and dingy and several lights wouldn’t work. Husband checked sockets and several were loose. The sink wouldn’t hold water. Hotel needs updated and refreshed. There was an odor throughout. We have stayed there in years past going to family in Arkansas…. Each time we have stayed it appears to have declined. on the bright side the breakfast was good and the attendant kept food filled and hot. The front desk clerk Crystal was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. We probably will find another place to stay in the future,

Had a need to be near a medical facility, this option proved to be prefect. Surprisingly, though it was near the freeway, it was a quiet night and we were in the end unit nearest to hwy. The breakfast offered was fresh and well maintained. Food choices were abundant. Beds were comfy and soft.

Minor caveat: tell customer a $10 upfront fee will be charged and returned at checkout. It sends a red flag up, when you hear the phone go off just as you enter your room with this fee. Then you are compelled to ask the front desk what is this?

Lyndsy who was there at check in was amazing and Gilissa at check out wonderful. Such friendly staff. Came with a group of 10 Girl Scouts and couldn’t be more pleased. Breakfast was good and hotel very clean and quiet. Beds were a little hard for my liking but the girls didnt seem to mind. Convient to food and shopping.

My room was tight next to the highway, when the fan was on to drone out the traffic it was blowing on me all night! Plus the toilet didn’t work. The hotel needs to hire more than one person, too much for one person to take care of problems and the front desk.

Oh my…. This hotel was a new experience. Mold in the air units, toe nail clippings on the carpet, mold in the shower, an odd smell throughout, a mobile pool cleaner that NEVER was removed and just floated around swimmers as they got tangled up in the power line, lumpy comforters and three VERY old lumpy pillows, even the door had spackle spots where they didn’t even bother painting the door. Staff…. Maybe 1 at the deal in the whole place. They clearly are just trying to move people through but nothing is done about the facilities. We went out to breakfast because honestly I was concerned to eat there

The young man checking in guests was very pleasant and I noticed him cleaning the lobby during his shift. The lobby is has nice decor and is clean but once you leave that area it’s a very different story. The halls and rooms are very dirty. The carpets are run down and unclean. The rooms appear to only be given a surface wipe (I’m being generous with this) but there is also a bad smell throughout the hotel. The pool was not clean and had a bad smell as well. The rooms are in desperate need of an update and/or general maintenance for significant wear and tear. The areas in general is convenient, with apply restaurants and shopping. For a one night passing through stay, you get what you pay for. Definitely not a vacation worthy hotel stay.

We needed a one night near where a family member was hospitalized. This property was excellent for that need.

Site stated checkout time noon. When we arrived we were told checkout time was 11. When I asked why not noon, clerk responded that they were under “new ownership” and the site had not been updated yet. Reservation was for a room listed as having a “roll in shower”. When we entered our room, 219, the bathroom had a tub/shower. I called the desk, explained to clerk…he told me that they only had 1 room with a roll in shower, room 119, and it was occupied. The evening shift clerk was not friendly or welcoming in any manner.
The morning shift clerk was his polar opposite.

It's a nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the products used to clean the main entry/halls smelled extremely strong. I'm sensitive to fragrances and this was too strong.
