I made this reservation at the last minute because i wasn't feeling well and knew i couldn't go stay with my adult child. I originally booked an 'accessible' room thinking it would have special attention paid to it, but i couldn't have been more wrong. I walked it and was affronted by a very stale smell, then turned on the bedside lamps to see what may have been the issue. This room backed up to the rear of the building, and despite there being no cars parked in the back, i felt unsafe having a broken black-out curtain (on one side). The carpet had white 'flecks' all over it - no idea what that was. I went to the bathroom to check that out, and discovered 1) black curly hairs on the floor, 2) no 'top' to the sink stopper, 3) toilet paper that wouldn't stay in the holder (both sides were broken) and 4) mold in the walk-in shower. I packed up what i had taken into the bathroom, called the front desk to request a different king room, then walked up to the reception where i was handed a new key by the same gentleman who had checked me in. I walked down the hall and went in, and didn't smell the dankness. I was, however greeted by the things i thought to take pictures of and have posted below. I did not take advantage of the breakfast included - honestly didn't trust it. I have no way of saying for sure, but i believe the sheets were dirty. By the time i arrived in this room and collapsed, i didn't have it in me to do anything but spray a disinfectant and attempt to sleep! Yuck.

We stayed a night. Very quiet and was able to have a good rest.

The first room we were put in had a multitude of issues, TV was missing both remotes, aTV was actually cracked and broken. There was only one single hand towel wash cloth and towel. When I tried to call the front desk the phone was broken. There was visible mold around the air conditioning unit. There was food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest.They did make it right and move us to a different room the older woman at the front desk was fantastic and had excellent customer service skills. Just was not impressed at the disaster of a room they first put us in.

The down comforters, sheets and pillows smelled horrible, like used, sweat and washed incorrectly

This location wasn’t fully clean. I needed to buy Lysol wipes to clean the entire place. I also had to remove a wad of hair from the tub. There was an odor throughout. Not having any air conditioners on, made for a musty and humid environment. The towels were also damp and the bedsheets had random hairs on it. Giving the impression that they may not actually be clean. It was a room for the weekend and it served that purpose. But if you want clean and comfortable then this is not a good place to stay. I would not stay here again. I didn’t try the breakfast. The staff is friendly.

The price is just unbeatable. Will come back if there is a need.

We had to switch rooms three times because the carpet was soaked from the leaking A/C units and the rooms wreaked of mildew. There were mildew stains on the walls. The ceiling in the bathroom paint was peeling. The toilet ran all night.There was visible mold spurs coming from the venting systems. The jetted tub/whirlpool were broken and only made noise when you turned them on. I believe the motor was burnt out because there were no pressure nor was there any bubbles populated from the jets. There was various traces of hair, a soiled sock and a piece of ham from previous guests left behind under the desk.The Internet didn't work so there was no television to watch. The refrigerator was rusted and stained. There were cigarette butts and other smoking paraphernalia in front of the property that appeared to have been there for a while. When we complained of these issues we told by the first front desk attendant that he just worked there and he would send housekeeping. NOT. He even charged us a $25 early check in fee to access the rooms at 2pm. We were told that they were working on the Internet and it should be working when we return. NEGATIVE. We had left for a few hours for dinner only to return to another attendant to be even more rude, nonchalant and belligerent. We asked him for the corporate's number and he told us to get out of his face and Google it for ourselves. Unfortunately both attendants refused to provide us with their names and neither wore name tags.

This was a complete Bait and Switch. I booked a jacuzzi room and paid extra for it. When I arrived at the hotel at 10pm, I was downgraded to a standard room for the same price. This was late in the evening after a long day of travel with no advance notice, leaving me without other options for the night. Orbitz would not refund the difference in price for the room. BUYER BEWARE! The room that I was provided was dirty and the entire property smelled "funky." I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

WORST STAY EVEERRRER

The Ladies at the front desk were nice and professional. The room however was not all clean. There was mold on parts on the wall, lamp shade and the jetted tub we had in the room. Because the tub was not clean we couldnt use it.

My room was dirty the first time went to complain about it and they give me another room and was dirty too

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Where to start… We did not have a lock on our door. The water did not work and taking a shower/bath was not realistic. Our room was dirty and filled with water/damp upon arrival. They don’t offer housekeeping. Put your garbage in the hallway. There is garbage just lining the hallway as you walk to your room. Given that we did not have a lock on our door, we did not feel safe to stay for the several days that our reservation was originally scheduled for. We talked with staff about our concerns who were less than helpful. When I talked to the front desk on the phone, I was hung up on. we were told that we would be getting a refund for the remainder of our stay but I have yet to see the refund

No WiFi as promised, limited options for breakfast, dirty rooms with dead roaches and incomplete paint jobs, hair-ridden bathrooms. I could at least sleep there and the heating/AC works just fine.

Property was very rundown & out dated. Bath tub was dirty & toilet seat was broken.

Room we were assigned was not cleaned from the night before. Second room they gave us was the same. Third room was ok. Spa in room had 2 working jets instead of the 6 and bathroom was extremely tight.

Nobody should stay in such a dirty and unhygienic place. They should actually inspect and close this place down and Expedia should not have them on their list. We reached there and the room was smelly (from mold) and the beds were yellow and with hair on them. Yuck.

Overall for what I paid the property met my expectations. I was in the area for a 3 day basketball camp my son was attending. Although check-in was at 3 I was in the area early because my son had to arrive at 8:15am for camp. I went to the hotel at about 9 and the staff was very accommodating and said I could check in at 11 for a really low fee. Although the rooms need some renovating my room was very clean. Breakfast was simple but again great for what we paid. We had fresh bagels and bread, cereal, fresh pastries, and of course the most important since I was traveling with children the waffle station. A big plus the breakfast was available up to 9:30am. They had water, coffee and tea 24hrs and an actual working Ice Machine. They also had vending machines. The pool was open and it was well maintained. My youngest really enjoyed it.

Fresh towels were not provided unless asked for. The bed linen was less than desirable and he window curtains need to be replace.

The smell of bleach was overwhelming. Tit was all over the sheets and the bathroom. I truly will not return. I understand we have to be clean but that was overkill.

The place looked under construction or just messy. The shower was horrible and super slippery. The bed was falling off the side and very uncomfortable. The room was overall very dated and dirty for the 200$ I Spent. People were screaming in the hallway all night, 4 am alarm going off and someone banging on a room door. Maybe got 1 hour of sleep there.
