Dont expect alot and just to be clear housekeeping woke me at 10 and the almost eleven the manager knocked but he gave us to 12 to checkout. Dont know how to feel.

Pros: Very close to a big shopping mall. High speed Wi-fi.
Cons: Rooms could be bigger. Facilities could be in a better shape.

1st room we got didn’t have the sink operating properly, then our room was changed but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, could actually feel the springs, it was non smoking room but there was smoke smell throughout the room and the hotel. Breakfast was just nutrigrain snack and on the go oatmeal packs with tea/coffee. For an extended stay there should be proper breakfast at least for families who are staying longer time. The experience was not good.

First off, the front desk employees and the manager were absolutely excellent. I wish I could remember their names correctly. I do remember a front desk employee a young woman named Maysia. The manager was a Somalian gentlemen whose name was Duodan or something like that and the other employee was a Middle Eastern gentleman whose name I do not remember but I believe it began with an “A”. All three are superb employees who deserve recognition!!!
The hotel is old and sorely needs updating. We were not aware that people actually live there. The pool was concreted over and there were strange people hanging outside the entrance late into the night. I actually did not feel safe.
I wish I could give a better review but unfortunately the only good thing about it all was the staff!

The room smells of mildew and cigarettes. Bathroom and kitchenette cabinets are old and rickety.burn stains on kitchen counter and rusted cooktop. Found hair in the sheets and blankets and had to go down to the desk and get replacements to change them myself. Also, there was no bedding in the room for the sofa bed so I had to go downstairs to get that as well.
Double beds were comfortable though.

I was never able to get a key for the room. The system was down. The couch in the room was soiled. However the bed and the room were clean.

They advertise something and in reality it is different.
Free Breakfast was an advertised item, but when I checked in the reception they said there is no break fast and said "sorry".

The whole time we stayed smelled cigarettes smoke. We had an awful experience and we didn’t get a key to open our room. The staff had to use the master key to get into the room. Someone always had to stay back due to we didn’t receive a key to enter the room. However the beds did sleep well

Like the pictures, they place smell horrible too small and I founded a bug in the shower, people not friendly at all except for Felicia the only friendly face I saw in this place I booked from the 10 to the 13 and the place was horrible they mention continental breakfast I got coffe and snack

- There is no breakfast, its coffe and a granola bar.
- Humidity levels inside the room and hotel hallways have got to be a breeding ground for mold.

This property doesn’t even have shower gel or shampoo in room. No bed sheets or extra blankets or towel or pillow. So bad for the price what we paid.!!!

It was nice and had neat and quiet place to walk or run

The place is conveniently located to major highways and a big shopping mall. However, the facility shows heavy use and worn out with old and stained carpeted hallways. The furniture in the room is OK in terms of functionality but you can see edges and lamination of cabinets etc missing. I cannot say it is dirty but definitely not in good shape as other Extended stays I have been to. It was the lowest price that I could find, so as like in the old adage ‘you get what you pay for’.
