When i got in our keys were not activated so i had to walk all the way back to the office the lady thst was working very rude nothing like last time the room had roaches eww but it looked clean the tub was wide and the shower hot the microwave was dirty with a roach walking around in there i ordered food instead of using the microwave the bed.was comfy and the little chair and table combo was cute

The customer service was amazing, but the room was something to be talked about.
Bathroom had black mold on the ceiling that was bearly covered up with white paint.
Room always had a musky smell. Had to put the free coffee filters in the ac vent to freshen up the room. If you walked on the carpet with just your socks they got very dirty. When I would come to room in the afternoon the complete walkway smelt of marijuana. YUK.

The staff was very welcoming extremely nice. The pool is open from 10 to 10 extremely clean crystal blue. The bed in the room was so comfortable.cvs right next door you can walk there.

It was a quick whim on a hotel room. Just needed it for the night to take off early am to head home from vacation. It says no smoking in the rooms however when we checked in the room smelled nothing but cigarette smoke. I normally don’t do hotels where you enter from outside , so that was different having to not enter a building to get to your room.

Great place to stay! They have very spacious rooms for great prices. The staff is all nice and friendly. There is a space outside to BBQ! I highly recommend it. I've been here for a long stay and haven't had no problems 😁

Had construction workers and people opening our door noises. Microwave didn’t work. Room had roaches. No full breakfast only cereal and bagels and muffins and waffles.

I was so disgusted and upset with my stay at Americas Best Value Inn, in Alvin Tx. Our room 104 was infested with roaches we have a 4 year old and we could not stay there due to the conditions of the room. We had to leave immediately with no way of getting our money back through the hotel itself. I have to directly contact Expedia so I can get a refund and I would really appreciate it. No one would be comfortable sleeping in a room where you see roaches behind the bed, on the walls, and just around the room.

Everything was pleasant from the time I arrived until the time I checked out. Everyone was nice and friendly. My room was clean and everything worked properly.

Only issue was I had was we booked for 5 people (2 adults, 3 kids 15,14 & 8). Room only had 2 queen beds. There was no fold out chair or option for a roll away bed. My 8 yr old had to sleep on the floor.
