First if all there was no microwave or ironing board in the room. The room clearly needed a paint job. We checked out one day early (7am) and we were charged for the days we booked. Cleary bad business and that room could easily be booked for the day we left early.

The rooms are good sized and clean. Comfortable beds. The only thing i have a complaint about is the cars that park in the handicap parking without proper tags or a placard.

The hotel itself is a bit dated but it had everything I needed. The room was clean, had a fridge, the bed was really soft and easy to fall asleep in. There is an elevator in the building! Made it really easy to carry my luggage to third floor.

The staff was friendly. They accommodated my request of having a room on the first floor due to my disability. The room was very clean and decent. The price is reasonable. Unlike Days inn at Duarte, the staff is horrible and discriminates against disabled people, and cancel their customers reservations. I highly recommend this place. I will be returning here.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable & had an issues with its staff and Asian man in the counter was not kindness or courtesy. Other than that we were very happy even with the room service very helpful... I recommend this place we stay 3 nights

The shower was broken. There was no microwave. The carpet was old and somewhat dirty. The bed was comfortable though. They only had toast and yoghurt for breakfast.

TV/cable wasn't working any of my stay, but i didnt realize until I was completely unpacked and didn't want to switch rooms. HotTub stayed cold water my entire stay, even though I begged them to fix it. It's the main reason I chose the property. I need the heat therapy after flying cross country.

A few thing that would be good is sugar free sugar and peanut butter fro the continental breakfast

Stayed for two nights. Good value for the price. Easy to get to room. Would stay again. Bed was really comfy.

Staying at oak tree was nice only stayed for a night room was clean area where hotel is located is clean nice near the freeway so you don’t have to go deep into town I like it

This property generally has good rates when we need a place to stay.

No dining on premises. Clean but dated. On third floor you heard freeway noise all night into 2 am

Furniture is old and carpet stained and old.

I've always stayed here because of cost and convenience to my other activities. The rooms are showing their age. I'll leave it at that.

They probably would have gotten a higher review if we had arrived during the day but we got there at night and had to get in a line for a night window which instantly made me feel unsafe. There was one guy working and the line was fairly slow which again was a bigger deal because I’m standing with my kids and purse outside wondering if I’m going to get robbed. We were in a room with two queens but there were only two towels. Everyone wanted a shower but I didn’t want to wait on line downstairs again so we just shared. But if we’d arrived earlier we would have just gone down and asked for more. Some updates are needed (phone was blinking but had zero instructions on it so I just unplugged it) and bathroom had some mildew/mold, but the cleaner had obviously tried to make it as clean as possible and in the morning, the lobby and pool area were cute and the surrounding area was nice.So I would have felt totally different if arrived during the day.

Toilet had mildew/black stain around the water line, not sure either why there wasn’t shampoo. Although they gave soap, it was 1 little piece and we booked for 2ppl. Breakfast was ok though, hard-boiled eggs and pastries. It should open earlier though as some ppl have early flights. Some of the Front Desk staff were ok (_Asian guy was very friendly and accommodating) but some were cold

Great customer service. Large room and comfortable bed.

This is an older property but my room was clean. Bedding was clean, smelled a little like bleach. Check in was easy.

Only problem was that they gave me a room that not cleaned.
