The man at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. We checked in early and he helped me look for a charger I had forgotten. He lent us a toaster for our bagels. Thanks!

The hotel amenity is minimal and not much service should not be expected. Just stay and sleep.

This hotel is one mile from the airport. Convenient to the highway. Very comfortable beds, very clean and really nice staff.

Wish they had conditioner for my hair. Everything else was fine. Nice and efficient stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights over a weekend. The room was impeccably clean, the linens were fresh (NOT stinking of bleach), and fully stocked with towels/coffee/soaps. The staff was incredibly friendly. I did not use the parking area, but it looked like there were plenty of available spaces for the number of rooms. The hotel is located in walking distance to shopping, CalTrain, and BART, close to freeway access and the airport. It is in a friendly family residential neighborhood, and is safe and quiet. It doesn't look like a lot from the outside, but it is well maintained and my room was very comfortable. If you are looking for a simple hotel room where you can get a good night's sleep, this is the one.
