Fantastic hotel and very best position for doing all that Weimar has- all the buses pull up in the tree-lined street (Goethe Strasse), could walk from station but just 2 easy bus stops. Restaurant meals elegant and good, staff very helpful and friendly, room elegant and large, cooking facilities with utensils on request, we didn’t end up using but all delivered on request. Spotless and serviced daily. Access to town sights, bars, restaurants etc just minutes stroll and utterly picturesque. Town full of serious museums and historical houses/places with amply, expert, English commentaries and guides. A civic education but also beautiful park by the small river. Hotel is excellent choice.

The hotel was very good and I had a very good stay. I arrived very late in the night but I let the receuiption know in advance and they said it would be no problem. Indeed it was very easy and I didn't have any issues. The room was clean and it was a very good size with a desk to work at. I would certainly stay here again in the future if I visit Weimar.

Was the nicest hotel I ever stayed in Europe. And have travelled extensively over the last 25 years.
The hotel room was large with great features like a mini kitchen, pants press, coffee maker, shower robe, slippers to name a few. Breakfast was amazing with multiple selections.Also the location was great, 20 min walk from the train station and right across the street from the center of town.

Our stay at the hotel ((3 nights) was great. The check-in staff was helpful, and arranged parking. The breakfast staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The man who got our car was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great hotel.
Our only complaint was the WiFi. It disconnected every time the screen-saver timed out, and It often took SEVERAL tries to reconnect. This is frustrating after awhile.
The only other hotel where we've had WiFi problems was Best Western Bamberg. Could it be that Best Western has a general contract for all its hotels in Germany with an incompetent internet provider?
Anyway, other than that, a great hotel. Thanks.

Der var parkering for hotellets gæster, som vi ikke måtte nbruge. Parkering i nærliggende hus 25 eur. Morgenmaden kostede 24 eur pr person. Godt men lige i overkanten

Location is excellent -- just far enough from the centre to ensure peace and quiet. The hotel staff were welcoming and professional. The room was nicely furnished, and the furniture (desk, tables, sitting area) sensibly placed in the room. There is ample closet space, safe, house shoes, bathrobes, etc. One would have appreciated a proper coffee maker instead of packets of instant, and the pillows (despite their number, size and appearance) offer frustratingly/painfully little support.

The air-conditioning did not work well and when we asked to have it checked the front desk person came up and said it was working fine. She said she had no other rooms to move us to. Disappointing as air-conditioning was one of the things we wanted most. Good location near lots of sight-seeing locations in town.

Expedia website said parking available, limited spaces, valet parking extra. When I arrived I was told there was only valet parking at 25 Euros per night. I pointed them to your website and they were very rude about it.
Website also says Restaurant but there is no restaurant.

Conveniently located in centre of town next to one of the main bus stops. Luxurious hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Thoughtful points are a small fridge for cooling one's own drinks and keeping food fresh. Used to be the minibar obviously. Umbrella in cupboard and more at the hotel entrance. The safe was very small - only just managed to fit my laptop in. We decided against breakfast, because it was vastly overpriced. We paid a quarter as much in a nearby café.

GREAT GREAT, GREAT! Everything was great! A/C could have been colder, but it worked. Again wonderful property. I did not have the breakfast since I thought it was little over-priced. I parked myself in the self parking about a half a block away (20 Euro)…………. Again great property.

Perfect location, directly in the city. Good breakfast, fresh options, all you need. Rooms already old, as well the equipment, but all you need. Service staff friendly and attentive. But, too expensive. I expect much more for this price. Anyway, good to go for 1-2 nights 👍.

The public spaces of this hotel are gracious. The comfort of the room is outdated, with amenities including a tinny radio built into the wall next to the bed, 1 packet of instant coffee with an electric kettle, and a bidet. The "air conditioning" seems to consist of a sound effect. The minibar's refrigerator likewise involved no cooling.

Reserved a suite which didn't meet expections. We're given another room. Not sure but I think we were still charged for the suite.

Great hotel 5 Star quality. Walk across the road and you are in the old town. 5 min walk from the theatre and the main centre. Buses are right outside the hotel entrance and are easy to navigate. If going to Weimar again I will have no hesitation to stay there for my visit. The Wi fi connection was a bit so so, that was the only thing not matching the rest of the five star hotel presentation and service.
