Rooms were large, clean, modern, spacious & well furnished. Bed was very comfortable. Didn’t try the breakfast as there were enough bakeries nearby to meet our needs. Great position on in the Porto Novo district close to the big Unicol & Uncredit towers with loads of bars and restaurants nearby to choose from. Also just a few minutes walk from a metro station and tram stop meaning it’s just a 10 min ride into the centre of the old town. Perfect for a good city break.

Very friendly and helpful service, especially Luca on reception. The breakfast was good, the location was perfect and the rooms were large. The only complaints were that we had a room on the main road side of the building which was loud at night and the WiFi wasn’t good.

The building is old , the AC and Fan did not work . The room was very hot in winter. The hotel parking is very expensive EUROS 35.

Amazing! It’s the best hotel we have stayed for our honeymoon trip. They gave us a free upgrade and we really appreciate it! The rooms were big and comfortable. Really recommend!

We only stayed one night, but the hotel and staff did an amazing job to make us feel welcome and celebrate our honeymoon. The bed was comfortable and the room very spacious and quiet. If I were to come back to Milan, I would definitely stay here again.

Service at the reception was cold and unfriendly. Staff responses were condescending. Not at all what I would have expected from the NH hotel chain. The previous NH stay on Copenhagen was entirely different and better. There was no air conditioning in the lobby

The hotel is in a great location and there are lots of facilities and amenities around. The room is nice and clean. I wish there were free coffee/tea/water in the room

Great location to Garibaldi train station, shopping and dining. Checkin was disappointingly slow after one of two checkin staff made us wait while he took a 10 minute phone call and neglected to pass us along to his unbusy colleague.

Wonderful quiet neighborhood, size of room, and location -- quite yet accessible to major scenic places in Milan. Outlook of hotel from pictures are deceiving, but not affecting much.

Lovely hotel, room, and neighborhood. Hotel needs rubber bath mats for elderly. Dangerous slippery bathtubs. Also the bar is not cozy or welcoming. Helpful and friendly staff

The location was convenient—walking distance to train stations as well as restaurants and attractions. Our family of 4 had ample space in the room, though beds were just ok. We especially appreciated the good breakfast and very friendly service.

Nice hotel for a couple nights in Milan, slightly overpriced imho.
Only hiccups were :
- WiFi is a bit weak (forget about doing some video conferencing from your room)
- there was also a slight mishap with the ironing room (no one seemed to have the key for access to the room, always a pain when you need to iron a shirt).
Otherwise, staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel. The only thing I would note is that the bath tub has no curtains, so water tends to spill out of the tub.

Great hotel. Great neighborhood few min walk to metro dining shops etc. the staff were very friendly and accommodating greeted you like family every time you entered or left.

The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. The property in itself really good, out experience with room service wasnt brilliant, they totally messed up our orders. Their bathrooms also arent designed in the best manner but wouldnt complain on the size since most rooms and bathrooms are really small.

The hotel was great with a nice location. However, we were given a smaller room than what we had booked. We had requested three beds to accommodate our group, but were initially given a room with two beds. The staff seemed put off that we asked for what we had booked and finally gave us an even smaller room with two beds and a pull out sofa.
When we finally got an acceptable room, we had to ask for towels and bed linens for the pull out sofa.
Chances are, I will not be staying at an NH nor will I use Hotels.com in the future due to numerous issues during this vacation.

The service at welcoming and during my stay was more then excellent!Eleonor was the best person I meet for a long time, the room was very tidy, breakfast delicious, staff most helpful. Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend it!

excellent hotel! Welcome drink upon to the arrival. Staffs are very professional and friendly. The hotel condition is excellent and room is spacious and chic with contemporary design. The location is perfect. My 2nd time to stay at the hotel, very satisfied.
