Hurricane repairs are still ongoing. That being said a lot of businesses have not recovered yet and may never. Eating places are limited. We were given a list or restaurants but many of them are still not reopened. Knowing what the beach was and what it is now just makes you want to cry. We were expecting daily laundry service that didn’t happen . When the weather turned bad and a four foot surge above high tide was forecast we left a day early to avoid the flooding

The beach-front suite was just perfect. We loved how the balcony could be accessed from the living room and bedroom!

The staff was very friendly! Sadly this area is still rebuilding from the hurricane 2 years ago so there wasn’t much to do and dining options were limited.

The only problem was the weather

This hotel is in a great beach location. It’s a little ways a way from other dining options if you’re not driving. The hotel was nice, but you can tell they are still doing construction.

Hotel was ok, however, I would not go back. When we arrived check in was at 4:00 pm and it was raining so we could not go to beach. Next day we had to check out at 11:00 am and they refused to extend the checkout time a couple of hours so we could go to the beach since it was a wasted day the day before because of the rain. The hotel manager said that we had to pay $100 more until 5:00 pm for late checkout. We are doing business in the area but we will not book at this hotel again for the lack of cooperation. We paid $300 just to sleep for one night.

Great stay. Our room could have used housekeeping after day two from being on the beach, sand, wet towels. Also, TV did not work in living room or bedroom. Maintenance came but couldn’t fix it, front desk said hotel does not move guests to new room for TV issues. It was the weekend,therefore nothing they could do.

Liked the convenience of the pool bar and service. Elevators very slow. Considering the rehab after the hurricane. Great Job!

Best part of the stay was the access to the beach my kids had and the availability to rent lounge chairs and umbrella by the beach. Sadly have to say that my husband and I got bed bugs bite from our room. On our leg, arms and back. This made our stay very uncomfortable and luckily we were not there for long.

It was a great stay! The entire staff was extremely nice and our place was clean and beautiful. Loved the ocean views with the spacious balcony! We will definitely be back in the future

This is a great hotel and is one of the that are open on Fort Myers Beach. It currently has a few issues that relate to rebuilding. Several elevators do not work so the the ones that do have longer than normal wait time. The main dinning area in not open so meals are limited. They brought in a food truck for breakfast which was quite limited also.

The hotel had a beautiful location near the beach, and we had a nice view of the ocean. The room was a good size, and it was very nice to have a large balcony. Unfortunately, our sleep was disturbed by the toilet making noise constantly whenever another guest flushed, which was not pleasant. The room's interior feels a bit dated, and the bathroom door was hard to close, so some maintenance is needed. The hotel felt a bit like a construction site, and the elevator didn't feel entirely safe. The hotel corridors are incredibly dark, and it feels like walking in a basement with bare concrete walls and dim lighting, which could be improved. The hotel does not offer breakfast, which we were aware of beforehand. On the positive side, free parking is a plus!

Large rooms with good fasilities. A bit expensive compared to the suronding hotels.
