Wonderful resort. Loved the room, the walk up bar and the restaurant. Great weather. Waitresses were amazing around the pool area. A lot of off-site dining options.

Very nice hotel, easy check in and a beautiful view. The only drawbacks were that the elevator was a bit warm & slow and the room service only was from 12 PM to 8 PM. Otherwise it was a great stay. I loved hanging out at karaoke and the beach was beautiful and private. I do think my two children were the only kids there during the entire stay so that was a little disappointing. I feel like most of the guests were at least 50 years old plus; I am in my 30s but otherwise I will definitely be back.

We didn’t like that the pool closed so early. Everything else was fantastic! Everyone was very friendly. The room was very comfortable. Lots of stuff to do. A must visit restaurant Sunflower cafe fast great food . Another is Doc Fords. Fun thrift stores. Visit Edison and Fords Estate. Walks on the beach in the evening was so relaxing. Rooms are quiet never hear anyone. We didn’t want to leave actually.

Diamond head resort is wonderful! Considering the beating the Island took during IAN, they are slowly recovering at a great pace. Everyone is greatful and outstanding . The hotel and their staff are outstading and so uplifting. I would visit again

Despite some very minor evidence of hurricane Ian, the resort was very nice! The entire area had/has been devastated by the storm and Diamondhead has done a very nice job of slowly getting back to normal. The room was as shown in photos, beach and pool area are 1st class. We were there after Labor Day so extremely quiet, very few people in the general area, even better for us! Great value!

I walked into the room, and there was 15 fruit flies on the walls. Unacceptable I reached out to the front desk and they told me there was not another room available. Did not offer room night reimbursement offered nothing.

This is our third trip to this resort and we will be back! I like the new beach bar and pool area post hurricane Ian. I will love it even more once Coaste is back open so they have that menu for dinner versus the beach bar food only, which is still good. Still no place in the area with the full suite and balcony. It has everything we want as a vacationing couple.

Staff and location were great. Best beach I stayed at in the US. Cabanas restaurant is good too.
Suite is comfortable and spacious, and view is astonishing!
Couple of opportunities for improvement:
1. Shower drain smelled bad. Probably needs some repair. During and after shower there was a sewage smell.
2. Could install more towel hooks in the bathroom.

We booked this hotel last minute and couldn't be happier. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. Our room was larger and beautifully decorated. Cabanas service was great and the food and drinks were yummy. The beach was so clean and relaxing. We will def go back.

This is a wonderful property, although we were there as tropical storm Debby was passing through so enjoying outdoor activities was limited. The surrounding properties are showing signs of rebuilding after the hurricane in September 2022.

The hotel has spacious rooms, friendly staff, I didn't like the beach, it's very dark, there is also no variety of food and few options around, the place is very quiet and family-friendly, we had a storm when we arrived we ordered room service, it was very good and fast

The staff was very friendly! Sadly this area is still rebuilding from the hurricane 2 years ago so there wasn’t much to do and dining options were limited.

Hurricane repairs are still ongoing. That being said a lot of businesses have not recovered yet and may never. Eating places are limited. We were given a list or restaurants but many of them are still not reopened. Knowing what the beach was and what it is now just makes you want to cry. We were expecting daily laundry service that didn’t happen . When the weather turned bad and a four foot surge above high tide was forecast we left a day early to avoid the flooding
