The hotel was in walking distance to restaurants and public transit that takes you to Vancouver easily. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. The bed could have been more comfortable, but over all it was a great hotel.

The bed was terrible the pillows were thrown on the floor when we got in and the bathroom has no transition board and looked terrible and not clean

When i arrived, i was poorly greated, there is a parking fee per night which was not advertised anywhere and it sits at $12/ night. The staff was not welcoming or friendly at all
When i got to the room, it was not fully cleaned, dirty tissues under the desk, boogers on the shower curtains and hairs in the tub and to top it off smeers in the toilet bowl.There was no caps for the bathtub, i asked at 3 separated times during my 2 days stay for ones and after being assured by the reception that i would receive one, i never did. The bed sheets had stains on them. The bed was comfortable enough.
There is no microwave in the room nor can you request one. Which in all my travels is the 1st time i have seen this.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are decent but we were surprised how dated the bathrooms were. I was on a pull out couch, 2 pillows and a very thin blanket was provided but I was comfortable enough.
When we checked in a crazy loud Christmas party was occuring, could hear it from the 10th floor, but we were comped free breakfast and 50% the first night for the inconvenience so that was incredibly nice.

Great option in Coquitlam. Clean, comfortable, adequate amenities. Restaurant and Taphouse onsite. Affordable, close underground parking.
Only issue for us was water. None provided with stay, No filtered fountain onsite, no hotel store, and no grocery/convenience store nearby.
So come prepared with your own water and this hotel stay will be perfect.

It was good time to stay in Exective Hotel and good location for me.

Would like a late night lounge to have lite snacks and drinks. Bar next door was line up. Hotel did not have lounge open past 9:00.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating where they can. Parking was good.

It is an old hotel. It was conveniently located for our purpose, the air conditioning was very loud, the parking had perfect access to the hotel and was only 10 dollars/night.
Close to the highway, I'm not sure how safe it was.
There's a restaurant adjacent to the hotel, and around the corner an inexpensive and good place to eat.
The beds and pillows are very comfortable.
If you are planning to stay in Vancouver, it is far away.

The hotel staff if great, very friendly and helpful. The building has had better days. Its run down, our room looked out to a roof and another run down building, nothing inspiring. The pile of old mattresses out back suggested they are renovating but again was not great. The hot tub jets are very weak and the sound of the skytrain passing every 6 minutes made it hard to have a relaxing swim in their outdoor pool. Overall the hotel served its purpose but the pictures are deceiving.

A really lovely hotel to stay at with family for a good price. Room was big and spacious, beds were comfy and their breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes! Will be happy to stay here again.

The room we got (1 Queen) was very big and spacious. However during out short stay only 1 elevator worked which made get to and from the lobby really annoying. The staff were nice. The security deposit was really high, especially for the area in my opinion.($150) In all good for a short stay, its super easy to get around because its loke 5mins from the station.

Overall great stay! The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable too. The fire alarm did go off by accident i believe early morning, but they gave everyone complimentary breakfast to make up for it. Great service!

It was very nice hotel. But the rooms are really really small! It was fine for 2 days. The room has little privacy for the bathroom area. So be aware of this condition. You need to go to the 2nd floor if you need privacy in the bathroom.

Overall a good location, older but well kept. Perhaps rates have increased over the years, but we think a lower price would attract more bookings

Staff was friendly and the room was very nice and very clean. Price was affordable. Everything we needed was provided in the room. On site restaurant has an amazing happy hour oyster deal! Underground parking is also a huge plus when travelling. Will definitely be returning!
