It was good time to stay in Exective Hotel and good location for me.

Would like a late night lounge to have lite snacks and drinks. Bar next door was line up. Hotel did not have lounge open past 9:00.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating where they can. Parking was good.

Went for a romantic night with girlfriend. Room was nice and comfortable we had a great relaxing time.

It is an old hotel. It was conveniently located for our purpose, the air conditioning was very loud, the parking had perfect access to the hotel and was only 10 dollars/night.
Close to the highway, I'm not sure how safe it was.
There's a restaurant adjacent to the hotel, and around the corner an inexpensive and good place to eat.
The beds and pillows are very comfortable.
If you are planning to stay in Vancouver, it is far away.

Excellent! Upgrade received to beautiful suite with balcony. Restaurant in hotel was fantastic, great service overall!

The hotel staff if great, very friendly and helpful. The building has had better days. Its run down, our room looked out to a roof and another run down building, nothing inspiring. The pile of old mattresses out back suggested they are renovating but again was not great. The hot tub jets are very weak and the sound of the skytrain passing every 6 minutes made it hard to have a relaxing swim in their outdoor pool. Overall the hotel served its purpose but the pictures are deceiving.

I had a big van and trailer that wouldn’t fit in the parkade and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and game me some space to park. Second time staying here after a few years and was impressed again!

We really enjoye staying in this hotel as it meets our needs in every aspect! It is quiet with lots of great restaurants nearby, and it's easy access to grocery stores. The outdoor pool and hottub are great!
We will book it again next time we come to Vancouver.

Experience was okay. Staff just checked in without going an extra mile. Basically, they just asked for our reservations and then gave us the room key.
Plus we did know now that parking was not free, it was an extra charge. All of the hotels we stayed us have free parking.
And there were ants in our bathroom sink.

We enjoyed our stay cooling off in the outdoor pool with our grandchildren and dining at the hotel restaurant with our family. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the waitress brought complimentary Shirley Temples the little girls (so sweet). The room was comfy, clean and quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Coquitlam is a clean and safe city outside of the popular Vancouver, Richmond areas.

Great stay. Room was clean. We have a little under 1 year old baby and I try finding clean places to stay nowadays. This hotel is a lot cleaner than most hotels I've been to so highly recommend for that. There's a restaurant right on site that you can pay extra for buffet style breakfast and not having to go far for dinner options too. There are shops and places to eat around the hotel as well within walking distance so that was a plus. Check-in and checkout was easy. Parking lot is a share parking structure with some restaurants and shops around so you'll have to park and enter through the parking structure to the hotel. Not terrible though because there's an entrance door from parking to walk through the hotel lobby. Fitness center and outdoor pool was nice .

We liked everything about our stay. The room was nice and clean and the kids enjoyed the pool, although they found it very cold. Would stay here again.
