It is a reasonable price, but not clean inside.

The restroom door hinge was broken, sufficient bedsheets and blankets were not there, though we booked for 4 persons, no utensils in kitchen, floor in the room was greasy and dirty

The hotel definitely needs some updating. The light and exhaust fan were very noisy. The refrigerator smelled horrible and could not keep anything cold.

The hotel was exactly what I was expecting with one exception...I asked for a wake up call at 5:50 a.m. The front desk called me at 8:40 p.m. to confirm the wake up call for the next day. No one ever called. I asked the front desk why I never received the call, he asked me what room I was in and said they must have forgotten. He never apologized. I am extremely disappointed.

about 7:40pm and was checked in. I went into my room and there was Already a guest inside with a dog. I returned to the front desk and was assigned another room. I left the hotel and returned around midnight. When I tried to enter my second room, there was another guest in it and the door was bolted from the inside. So I had to return to the front desk again to get a third room. I didn't sleep well because I was afraid someone would try to enter My room.

Great choice close to everything. Room was clean had sufficient space and nice enough for a comfortable stay . Staff greeted me pleasant and professional . I highly recommended !

Check in took about 30 minutes becuase employees didn’t know how to use the system. Hotel smells bad. Our linens were stained and when I called to have it replaced we had to go to front desk to pick it up and they gave us one sheet. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. We had three rooms and some checked out becuase they couldn’t sleep in that disgusting place

There was no coffee pot in the road. No sheets for pull out bed and the room was very small

Basic accommodations. Check in was easy. No billing surprises. Room was clean. Wifi worked. Hotel was quiet. Parking was easy, plentiful and free. No frills, but that is what we wanted. Will stay again.

10 years ago I tried ESA, it was fine, so I tried again in my trip to DC. This time I felt really terrible. The smell was bad that you may notify different food in different day and time in the hall way. No blanket in the bed and you have to ask front desk. It said free breakfast in booking time, but only coffee was provided with a couple of muffin. I believe I will not choose ESA again in any of their location in the future.

I came here as a last minute resort when I locked myself out of my house late at night. Good price for this area. Although the building is showing it’s age, it was acceptable for a quick stay.

The location and price were good. The fridge was very noisy in our room and the room had a stale smell.

The people were very nice. The desk person had to do laundry (which seems very nasty on management's part) but she still provided great customer service. I came in early and just wanted to see if any rooms happen to be available since I just flew 18 hours to get there. While no rooms were available immediately, she had me check back a couple hours later and there was a room. I really appreciated her help. Plus she was fun to talk to as I waited for her to check availability.

I have spoken to the front office and he stated he will address this issue tomorrow(*I don’t think they will address them for a long time!)
Queen size bed seems too small!

Dirty room stained sheets used gloves on top of the tables, I tried to speak 4 times with the supervisor and I did not find a terrible answer I would never recommend it

A very pleasant experience. Friendly front staff and a clean but slightly tired room (no USB plugs and dim bathroom vanity light), But quiet and comfortable and safe. Recommended,

Only one problem, family with children that were no adults to tell them about slamming, kicking and punching, doors at 2am and 3am. Then it continued before I checked out.

This hotel is clean and quiet. Located next to office buildings, there isn't much within walking distance. It is not a full service hotel, but for the price you will get a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and the checkout took me less than two minutes. It is an extended stay hotel, so there may be the smell of food cooking from nearby units. If food smells bother you, it might not be your kind of thing. Otherwise, it is a good value for the price.

No extra blanket and ironing board. Asked the front desk for an extra blanket. Initially told to come get one at the front desk, which I was about to do. Then I got a call saying someone would bring it up and they never did. Had to give the bed comforter to the 3rd guest sleeping in front of the ac. The room is dated and not too clean. There were smashed bugs in the nightstand drawer. And you can hear the guests in the above room every step.

The location is in the suburbs - a bit off the beaten path, but the peace and surroundings were appealing. Fixtures in the room were adequate, but dated, and in need of minor repairs.
I did not appreciate the fact that I needed to supply a passport to get a room. I had provided my photo ID driver's license, and was told that it was not sufficient - due to it being from Canada. This is simply wrong. A passport is NOT necessary, if valid photo ID is provided. It was late, and all hotels in the area were booked, so I had no option but to give it. I will be contacting the property directly.
