Room was okay, clean, but the breakfast was horrible. I took one bite of the “eggs” and stopped eating and drank my juice and checked out of the facility.

The girl who checked me in was not friendly and looked annoyed that I was there to check in. She did not smile at all! Not a good first impression of the hotel.

The facility was clean and well-maintained and the staff considerate.

The inside room is okay, but the customer service is not ideal, they don't know how to smile, and does not disclose what are you signing for, make sure to read the registration form and ask a copy of the form. They automatically charged safety deposit in the room no matter if use it or not. Be aware of their little charges. Breakfast is the same everyday, if you go in the breakfast room at 5:30 AM the biscuit and gray is very cold. Breakfast open from 5:00 am to 10:00 AM. There's nothing to see or shop nearby, it's 6 miles away from the shopping mall. The area is near residential and the only hotel in the area. There are some eatery nearby but that's all, nothing to impress me. Wall are so thin, people are so loud in the middle of the night, manager don't even check what's going on 1:00 am in the morning and people just talking on the hallway so loud.

I stayed for three nights at this hotel. On the last day I was taken to urgent care with a rash covering my entire body. The Dr said it was bed bug bites. He asked me to contact Hotel and county health department. When I called the hotel the argued and said it could not be bed bugs because they had hardwood floors etc. Well i have pictures and a doctors note to prove it was

The room was clean and comfortable. We were just disappointed that breakfast, which used to be OK, has deteriorated into a waste of time. This time the orange juice was just water. And, there was just one canister of coffee, which was empty, and one type of creamer. Maybe they just don't want to offer breakfast.

Road traffic was ridiculously loud in room 120. Didn’t sleep a wink!
