Would stay there again!

There was no notice anywhere that their hotel bar and lobby is under construction. You walk into a wall. Told us we could leave if we didn’t like it. Whatever you do don’t pay full price, many others around that are better. Room size was good and staff at breakfast was delightful. Stay away till 2024 !

we had a VERY spacious nuce junior suite. room standard is superior BUT, junior suits ARE HIGHLY not recomended to those whose sleep is bothered by noise - the sound proofing sucks and those rooms are on the main road. I wish we could have a much smaller room deep inside the lovely pedestrian street

The location of the hotel is very convenient, quite near to the shopping arcades. The hotel staff at the reception counter and the restaurant are very nice and helpful. They are very willing to listen and to entertain my needs. The room is spacious and clean. The housekeeper tidied up the room everyday, and that made me feel comfortable.

Hotel was fine inside but outside was amazing. Great looking area with a few lovely restaurants and bars with terraces where we sat every evening while our kid was upstairs. Super convenient.

We are just trying to check to in but felt unwelcome by the rude front staff. Other hotels for the same price in the area had amazing customer service. We will not be coming back.

Great service from front desk, housekeeping and breakfast area service. Love the size of the room, the balcony, the robes and slippers detail. This was the only hotel as compared from hotels in our trips to London, Lisbon, Porto and Lyon where you have the option to use the air conditioning instead of the heater. Paris Winter was not quite cold this year and we didn't need heat. The location was in an inner courtyard, and quiet though we were only a 3-minute walk from the Opera. Convenient location if you have shopping in mind, Galerie Lafayette buildings were only a 7-minute walk.

Highly recommend this hotel! My wife and I arrived a few hours before check-in and we were pleasantly greeted by the staff who offered to start the process anyway and offered to hold our luggage so we could explore the area. They even called us when our room was ready! We expected the room to be smaller so it was a nice surprise when we walked in. Plenty of room. The windows opened to a small balcony that overlooked the quiet street below which is pedestrian only. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very nice, especially the rain shower! This hotel has an excellent location, it’s a very short walk to the beautiful Palais Garnier Opera in one direction, and Place Vendome in the other. It’s also an easy walk to the Louvre Museum from the hotel. The Opera Metro station is only a block and a half away which we used several times to easily access other parts of the city. I will mention that although the breakfast had fresh, quality items there wasn’t anything there of any substance. Just a few pastries, bread, and fruit. What they did offer was good and they will make you a coffee which was nice. The dining area is pretty small but it is a nice option if you want something quick and light. Overall we loved our stay here. It was our first time in Paris and we feel lucky to have chosen a hotel that impressed us as much as this one did. No research necessary when we come back, we will be happy to stay here again. Thank you!

Clean and modern hotel room. Hotel staff was pleasant and very helpful. Location is excellent: for catching RER train to Disney (Auber station), Bus Tours of the city (Opera stop) and not far from Eurostar.

Great location and excellent stuff. Parking is quite expensive but it should be expected when in Paris. Hotel is close to L'Opera and great for a sunset walk around the area. We will definitely be back!

The location is really nice with a short walk to most major sites. The property was on a quiet street and very well maintained. The real gem though is the staff. Every person from the front desk to food to service was professional, personable and kind.

This is a great, centrally located hotel with nice, large rooms. Staff is outstanding and all speak english. Nice little bar and coffee area in reception. The hotel is on a walking cul-de-sac with a few bistros and coffee shops. 2 blocks from the big stores for shopping and L'Opera and about a mile walk to Louvre.

Most staff speaks little to no English. Some simply don't want to help. Some are very nice.

This was our first time in Paris, France. The Indigo hotel is in a great location closer to everything. Less than 5 min walking to Lafayette and opera. 15 min to Louvre. You may need a taxi for Eiffel tower and dOrsay museum. The staff was excellent and very helpful with reservations, taxi request and even to help us to get the covid test to be able to fly the next day. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and polite. The room service was included in our reservation and that was a plus because sometimes we was very tired and having the breakfast in the room was great. Dont worry about lunch or dinner because around the hotel is plenty restaurants and cafes to buy food must of the time until 10 pm. I will definitely stay again at Indigo hotel. Thank you to all the staff !

Very convenient location. Comfortable, clean, modern & beautiful hotel room. All staff were very nice and kind. Breakfast was nice too. I would like to stay here next time I visit Paris.
