I'd never been to this area of Orlando. I was nervous to go alone but the area was a pleasant surprise and the hotel was very welcoming. At first the shower was too hot, but I figured it out. I think I could have checked in through my phone but I caught the front desk worker around normal check in time.

Excellent team on the property. Everyone was so so nice. Room was stocked and the property is very cute.

The staff is Great and we really enjoyed are stay. No hidden fees. The room was clean. Free breakfast.

Sadly, the hotel was more of a motel. They are trying to update and have added some features to give it a renovation feel but they have not changed necessary fixtures that were dirty and rusted. The area is under construction and all fenced separated from the park area. I did not feel safe and was concerned about my car. Ultimately, we did have a nice time and we had no problems at all. I hope they continue to invest because it could be a great hotel.

Crazy noise all night from the very loud ice machine right across from our room 309. Both of us couldn't sleep!

Leading up to Check in I called the hotel for 3 days straight and left multiple messages- no one returned a single call There was construction starting right outside our room at 720am that loudly continued all morning They said our original room had water damage and we were “upgraded” to a room with a king bed. Which had no lake view the view was a construction site and the bathroom literally had no shower just a bathtub with no ac circulating into the bathroom in Florida summer heat it was brutal trying to shower standing in a tub in a hot bathroom. The day of checkout on top of construction room service was beyond loud shouting down the halls cleaning the already checked out rooms. Sleeping in/ comfort was impossible

I liked how close it was to the festival we were headed too, but it can be a lot more cleaner.

This hotel is in great need of an update. I was "greeted" with a not very nice front desk person who could have cared less if I were there or not. Inside the hotel, it is not very well kept. The patio area upstairs was in disarray and messy. The room looked like a prison cell with a bed that was MUCH too high. No closet. The bathroom was rotting in corners of door. Shower was missing towel bars and rusty. Will NOT stay here again.

This remodeled motel is quaint and is located downtown. It was fairly quiet even though road construction was going on outside. The motel employees were amazing! Very polite & helpful! We will definitely stay here again.

Everyone is so nice that works here. Its clearly in need of reno, but they clean it well and make it look nice. HOWEVER i hate to say this, but I've found 4 bugs so far in my bed... i don't think I'm sleeping tonight

Nice clean and friendly place

The front desk staff are always friendly which is always nice, especially if you have been traveling. The rooms are always clean and the housekeeping staff here are so accommodating. I always want to stay here when in town.

I am disappointed about this stay. I have loved EO Inn in the past, and have stayed here many times over the years. This used to be a boutique hotel with a personality, minimalistic but clean. I decided to upgrade to a king room this time. Everything looked exhausted, old carpet, stains on headboard, hair on the pillow. The towels in the bathroom were damp. I didn’t realize this until later but there were no lamps on the nightstands. So inconvenient when you have to get up and turn on the switch for the light fixture every time. No desk. So much potential but not what it used to be.

Beautiful place, only problem was tge shower drain did not drain ir at least was very slow. Very nice, otherwise.

The EO Inn is located on the northeast corner of the lively and beautiful Lake Eola Park. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The morning of my stay, I called requesting an early check-in and it was an easy ask. Although I arrived later than planned, Anthony assisted in a seamless check-in process. My room was clean and felt fresh. I appreciated the functional furniture and the Kuerif/mini fridge setup. Checking out was a breeze - less than five minutes. The lobby had wrapped pastries which is great for people in a rush like I was!

It's a great location near Lake Eola and downtown Orlando.

Nice staff

This place is trying. It has a cool look and vibe that they are going for but its really lacking in a lot of areas. Like basic things were broken or messed up. Ok for a one night stay, but would not recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying at this cute boutique hotel! The building is older but the furniture is pretty modern. It is close to downtown with plenty of restaurants and bars and shopping options. There is a bit of construction going on but no traffic. The staff was AMAZING, everyone was super attentive and even the housekeepers welcomed guest with smiles which I have never experienced even in the fanciest hotels. Parking was easy they give you a pass to park and even when coming in later , we still managed to park with no issues. The rooms can be updated a bit but hey for a place to sleep and a nice hot shower , what more did you need? I will be staying here again when I’m in Orlando.
