Great staff , really nice room and breakfast was very substantal

Cozy room. Bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. The check-in and checkout was hassle free. The breakfast was good. Hotel ideally located near to public transport, attractions and restaurants.

Breakfast was in need of improvement. No vegetables, only one coffee machine led to long queues, Eggs and Rösti were constantly depleted. Staff was friendly. Hair dryer did not function in the bathroom. TV was a nice size for the room.

The corridor has a very strong musty smell. The rooms smelled of pets and cigarettes. Not very suitable for sensitive noses.

The property was conveniently located. Only issue was very noisy outside on back street starting at 5am.

This is a cute place, convenient to town as well as the train station. Very walkable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel for the price.

Walking distance to all Strasbourg attractions and the train station. Super friendly staff, gave my parents good dining advice and let them hang out in the lobby, despite them not staying at the hotel. Nice boulangerie next door and a small halal supermarket a few doors down the street. Easy walking access to Petite France, Christmas Markets and the Cathedral. Rooms have a good sized queen bed, a bathroom with walk in shower and a heated towel rack. A carton of water, tea and coffee is provided. Television is a relatively new Samsung and has chromecast capability, excellent if you don't speak French.

We enjoyed our stay- very walkable to everything and the hotel was clean and had everything we needed!

Overall, my stay was short. This hotel was enough for what we needed. The staff was fine and polite. The hotel itself, in the lobby, had a very weird smell that I didnt like and the hallway smelled the same too. Just slightly musty. The bathroom was also too small for me and the sink drained way too slowly. Other than those things, the hotel was fine and convenient.

First off, ClapClap's breakfast is excellent! It is well worth signing up for it. Second, the room we reserved was, as advertised, small. There was maybe 1' of floor space on either side of the bed. But the bed was very comfortable. The room quiet. Third, the shower was excellent. The bathroom was smallish, but workable. Fourth, during our stay housekeeping refreshed our room. We were disappointed that the glasses we used the day before were simply turned over (as if clean) but they were still quite dirty from our use the day before. Fifth, the staff was very nice throughout our stay! Sixth, the location was good. Not far from the train station. The neighborhood is lively at night, but again, our room was quiet.

I was disappointed for several reasons: 1. Airco didn't work. 2. The hall lamp did not work. 3. The sink drain was blocked. 4. No ironing kit available (quite important when on a business trip and your shirts are wrinkled). 5. "Clean my room/don't disturb signboard only in French with a kind of joke only French speaking can understand. 6. Hardly working wifi in a room. 7. The lack of everything in the breakfast - food and spoons and dishes. One hour before the end of the breakfast time th eplatters were almost empty. The hotel staff tried to be symphatic, but for 195 euros per night, we will not meet again.

Good service, condition of room and location.

Central location was excellent. Key attractions within walking distance. City Transport readily available. Hotel evening menu & quality of food disappointing. All staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

Clean, modern, quiet at night

Refurbished Hotel close to Shops and Restaurants.. Friendly helpful staff.. Nice full breakfast.. Quirky upgrade to the refurbishment which we enjoyed.. Manager moved rooms for us and shouted drinks to compensate when air con failed. Nice gesture..

Nice people, excellent beds

This hotel is in a great location but it is in a pedestrian only road. The need to inform their guests that they can drive up to the door to drop of their luggage before parking your car! We had to get instruction from an employee of a neighbourhood restaurant. We had difficulty getting towels and breakfast at 14 Euros was expensive for what you got! What was great was the staff were friendly & tried to accomodate the 6 rooms that were book. Most of us it was the coolest rooms except for #502 which was spewing heat on the newly married couple! It was decent & a great location, I would probably stay there again.

Very good location, comfortable atay

Daytime staff was really friendly, cleaning staff was really friendly, but AC didn’t work and was very difficult to sleep in the heat. Evening staff simply said “yeah, it doesn’t work well”. Wee asked for a fan, he said no. We asked where to park, he said it’s full so we had to carry our luggage from blocks away.

Stylish hotel - very comfortable. Difficult to access car park. Instructions are needed for car drivers in advance of the visit.

The hotel was nice. We could not get the A/C to work and it was quite warm.

Clap clap was wonderful! Big rooms, very convenient location (right next to the train station and also close to petit Paris). The staff was lovely and very accommodating - we had an early train to catch and they made us breakfast to go! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location near Old Town and 10 minute walk from train station. Appreciate free coffee all day in breakfast room. Staff were lovely and helpful.
