Excellent location - nice views from hotel, great breakfast - plug socket cover in room fell off every time used, potentially better bar service but overall would come back

Beautiful hotel at an amazing location. The bedroom was beautiful (Superior partial-sea view) although quite small. Loved that the bathroom had a private toilet, however the bathroom itself was very small (the shower was tiny). Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The service excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

We stayed in 2 rooms for 3 nights. On arrival the street was closed for holiday celebrations and we had to walk with a young family and all luggage for 4 blocks to arrive at the hotel. Check in was absolutely woeful. There were multiple guests waiting to check in and only one staff member working with many others just fluttering about behind the reception desk. When finally at the front of the line It took almost 30 mins to complete the check in process which is far too long. No urgency from the staff whatsoever. One room was fine, large and great view, the second not so much - could hear a loud vibrating noise all day and night, banging and cluttering also throughout the night Excellent location but for the price, you would expect a higher level of service

The check-out experience was the worst I’ve experienced in years

Room was ready after the 4pm check in time. Some guests were offered complimentary drinks at bar for this inconvenience. This was not the case for us. No information about wifi, breakfast or facilities given upon check-in. Hotel's beach club was closed once we had checked in and for the entirety of our stay 5 days prior to the start of Cannes Film Festival. Which was disappointing. Advance notice would have been appreciated. Breakfast is one of the best in Cannes as always. Queue for sunbed by pool and outside area. Arrived at 9.45 am and told not to queue but to come back at 10.00 am. Returned at 9.58 only to be stood behind 15 other guests. This was annoying. Makes little sense? On day 2 room was not cleaned until after 3 pm. Another disappointing aspect of stay. Did not use gym or spa because on check in no info provided.

Beautiful hotel in the most ideal location. Restaurant and bar were amazing and terrific service. They helped us celebrate our wedding anniversary and Mother’s Day perfectly!

Le Majestic is allways excellent.

The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. The room, though very small, was decorated tastefully and well equipped. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. Don’t go here for the Expedia perks. The arrogant young man at reception informed me that “we don’t honour that” when we checked in. A good portion of the staff share his snooty air unfortunately. The rest seem well trained and professional.

It is a beautiful, clean and property run by professional team. We got upgraded to SeaView room and it was spacious and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

They charge too much for things they made available to you in the room. Besides that it was great

Amazing. The detail and location are top notch. They keep falconery experts which have trained hawks, usung them to fly around to ward off any seagulls. That is the level of attention to the customer experience we are talking about here. The concierge breifly heard me mention that it was our honeymoon, and within hours there was complimentary champage and macroons in the room. The rooms also feel much bigger in person than the picture gives justice.

Wow! What a find. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Can't wait to return. Everything about it is perfect. The hotel is amazing, the interior is so lovely and the staff so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is fantastic probably the best we have ever had. The swimming pool is wonderful and the water lovely and warm. The hotel is opposite the seafront with beautiful views and beach area. It is also close to shops, restaurants and the town all of which are only a short walk. We will return, and are already looking at when we can come back.
