We come here most years around the Christmas holidays. Service is good, rooms are clean with nice amenities. Every. Single. Year. we call ahead to get the Jacuzzi heated because we have limited time when we get there. Every. Single. Year. it is not hot when we get there and we are told that it would take "an hour or so". Honestly, I don't think that it ever has really gotten hot, just kind of warm.

I've stayed here 3 different times now. The grounds are always nicely kept. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Great value for the money. 👍

Our stay was wonderful! The lady at the desk was super friendly and very helpful. I used the gym which was very nice. The room was very clean and cozy. The property itself was very nice all around. I would recommend staying and we will be back if we are ever in the area again.

The stay was wonderful. Clean room, microwave, fridge, coffee, and comfortable beds. They had extra items in the room. Razor, tooth brushes, toothpaste, shoe shine wipes, makeup wipes etc.

Very comfortable room and nice amenities. Friendly and efficient receptionist with good value pricing. 5 minute drive to downtown. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again…

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times to attend raves at the NOS Center. I have had a great experience every time. Its about 7-8 miles away from the NOS Center. Room is clean. Prices are always good. And I love the little fake fireplace that comes in every room. The outside if the hotel has a cute cottage like vibe with classical music playing.Only complaints I have is that the front desk customer service is horrible. They are always rude. And this last trip we had roaches in our room!

My room was so clean and also so comfortable. The air conditioning works great. The beds are so comfy. The pillows too. Parking is great and easy. Its not ghetto or even uneasy feeling. I love this place

We have been staying here for the past 3 years while my son attends the University of Redlands . These last two visits have been horrible first the flooding of the room next to us , reported it and they said nothing but would put a blower in room to dry floor.. manager was not willing to even communicate with us . Then this past weekend there was a horrible smell like musty and to top off roaches ... once again management would do nothin said they would spray any that was it no room change or anything we will never go back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dynasty Suites. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean, service was great. The breakfast each day was fresh and good. Dynasty Suites is located near to what we were there to do. We will stay here again.

The lady at the front desk was very hospitable and I enjoyed her "homemade" cookies 😆. The hotel is older I can see why they chose the pool picture on Expedia.
The room was clean. I appreciated the fact that the mini-fridge was nice & cold upon placing foodstuff inside.
The room had a faint smell of cigarettes and after turning on the air conditioner the smell eventually dissipated.

I love the Dynasty Suites. They are arguably the most unique place to stay in Redlands, but their prices are highly affordable, at least at this time. I am also grateful for their eco-sustainability efforts. The vicinity is also quiet and I have experienced no shady guests/ neighbors. It is wonderful here.
